It's because you directed it at someone. Which clearly falls under rule 1 on the CoC. There's a difference between using the word and using it at someone.

I'm all about fair moderation, but I would say there is actually no problem here, you're just getting mad and exposing you're situation to an already unstable community who gives the moderators a hard time for the wrong reasons and only stoking the fire for new people to immediately come in and hate the Ninjas. I don't like that, but there's nothing I can do about that. Basically: "Work today was a bitch" = Non-bannable offense "Shut up, you stupid bitch" = Bannable offense People, please just read the CoC and complain about moderation when there is an actual problem. Like when there was a corrupt mod pretty much carpet banning threads a few months back, or when there are people who get banned for being christian (who aren't even being preachy about it), or even people being banned for stating their issues with the current moderation. Or in fact, when moderators take exception to people who break the CoC.

I would like to see the post that got you banned. Because until i see it i can't say if the ninjas were in the wrong or not. Trust me the ninjas do some weird/bias banning especially if you talk bad about the bungie overlords (remember the #destiny bomb luke smith interview where they took all posts about the official interview down constantly) but sometimes people violate the CoC and get banned. But without the op i cannot say if it was justified or not.
