Today's edit:We have had some awesome chatter. I want to thank force58 for adding the section where people post their age. I'm glad to see many others like myself and hope to game with all of you one day. Keep up the grinding and never get old people!!!

Must say, buddies and i were loooking for one more for raid, pull this gamer in and he hears us talking then we hear, in a very soft squeeky voice, "dont worry i will leave" i felt so horrible and yet at the same time it eas so adorable. I feel like he did the right thing. I still feel bad though

My favourite Sierra games were "Jones In the Fast Lane" & the Quest for Glory/So You Want To Be a Hero series. The second one with the Arabian Nights theme was outstanding. The sound & music was fantastic, I was amazed when I found out it actually took advantage of both my Soundblaster card but also my Roland MT-32 rack mount module. Just grabbed the first installment of the new Kings Quest game on Xbox Live the other day, it's free right now with Games on Gold.

1 RispondiThat's why I've only played solo since I got this game -- I don't want squeakers & buffoons ruining my free time. I also don't want hyper-elitists telling me what to use, where to go, or how to play. If I wanted to be ordered around, I would've stayed late at work. Despite its reputation amongst the FPS crowd, Destiny is not a hardcore game, it's a casual game & that's how I wish to participate in it. And, contrary to the vibe my GT gives off, I am an adult in possession of a modicum of maturity. The name is just for shits and giggles -- it makes me laugh when a game starts to reach a point of frustration. Unfortunately, I've yet to find anyone I can game with regularly because no one seems to fit the bill: chill adults who can hold their own, but don't take this shit too seriously. Ah well..

4 RisposteI'm 50, dont look join fireteams often. I need to do nightfall and some other things I could use help with. Anybody know a clan or group or whatever of people mostly older than 30? Not all kids are annoying. But I dont want to be the old guy playing the game with a bunch of teenagers.

4 RisposteHey I am 58 and have been playing since Day 1. I have not done any non matchmaking events because did not want to mic up and deal with little kids. Nothing against them it would just be too weird.
