If you really want it nerfed because you're to busy looking through your snipers scope, not bothering to pay attention, or jus stupid then it's not shoulder charge, it's all you.
And IMO, the hit detection is still screwy, dunno if anyone else still experiences it but if you don't more power to ya.
But it's seriously the most easy thing to counter so why nerf when you can either put a 12 gauge to the face or (for huntards) stick em with your nades, or jus jump outta of the way.
Like seriously if you can't pay attention to your surroundings then you deserve a knee to the face you scrubs 😒🖕🏻

Yes. Shoulder Charge is very easy to counter when they SC from around the corner of a wall. This is like saying my own Trip Mine grenade doesn't kill me constantly. ~____~"
-
2 RisposteI had a witness to me Shoulder Charging a Warlock last night only to have him bounce off the wall, tsk no damage, and shotgun me. Awesome :-/
-
Good news. Bungie just announced that they will be fixing Melee and shoulder charge detection on the May 10th weekly update. Finally!
-
One time, a Titan tried to shoulder charge me, but I blink struck him at the same time he died, because it registered as a backstab kill...hopefully hit detection will be fixed with this next update
-
I don't feel it needs any nerfs, just maybe an adjustment to the laws of physics it defies but other then that I've always liked it
-
I agree. It's gotcha as hell but it does hit some stupid kills sometimes.
-
The only thing I don't agree with is when the shoulder charge flies either side to side or straight upwards to still hit me, unless they jump or something it shouldn't hit me
-
People complaining about things that have been in since day one are a bunch of loons.
-
What the heck I use max amour and a shotgun so I always tank it and the person and/or dies
-
I've been a Titan main since week 1 and can honestly say my success rate on shoulder charging is at best 60%. it's gone up recently bc everyone wants to stare down a sniper scope instead of being aware. sounds like an everyone else problem more than a Titan problem.
-
I just want to mention that I dodge shoulder charges 2 out of 3 times, but still end up dying for some reason. I even see them miss me completely. No idea what causes it. And no, I'm not asking for a nerf.
-
They don't realize the risk that comes with using that ability, nor the repercussions of their idiotic suggestions for it to require a melee charge, as I've seen in many posts complaining about Shoulder Charge. When using it, you're vulnerable to shotguns, fusion rifles, grenades, and just about everything else just as if you were charging at them without it. If they were to do as those crybabies wanted, and make it require a melee charge, that would require Bungie to move it to the Melee ability column, replacing one of those perks, which would mean putting a new perk in it's old place. From there, they would likely have to get rid of the sprinting requirement, and now that Shoulder Charge is in the melee column, you would be able to select both it and Juggernaut. Not to mention you'd have 2 Shoulder Charge melee charges with the An Insurmountable Skullfort exotic helmet. On the otherhand, if Bungie were to nerf the damage that Shoulder Charge can do, it would become an unusable perk that's not worth the risk, like Arc Bolt grenades have become. Either one is an idiotic solution. Best thing to do is leave it alone. It already has a requirement to use it, and a cooldown from consecutive uses. People need to stop bitching about everything that kills them in this game.

I was shooting at some enemies in the Crucible and noticed a warlock to my right. When I died I saw a Titan shoulder charge him and the Warlock only got pushed 5 feet back and then killed the Titan. Same problem with Bladedancers, I got slashed and got pushed back instead of dying. Then the Bladedancer got overwhelmed by shotgunners. Hit detection needs to be fixed
-
No problem with Shoulder Charge, but if I Blink above and behind you and you change momentum completely to hit me, I'm coming for you.
-
It's a high-risk, High-Reward attack. If it fails, you are almost certainly dead. Shotguns work well against us, and if you see us, jump tithe left or right, jumping straight up won't work, our skill still works in the air.
-
This needs to be bumped before the flood from the new TWAB
-
1 RispondiI don't want this Nerfed. Bungie has better things to worry about.
-
5 RispostePeople have a problem with Shoulder Charge? I main Warlock and have never complained. Shotgun and the Shield you get in Striker is underrated but OP. (Sorry, don't know the name of the perk.)
-
4 RisposteIt is ridiculous that it one hit kills. I can hit someone with blink strike and it doesn't kill them and uses my melee charge. Why does a titan get a one hit kill melee that doesn't even take a melee charge? It's not a problem because it is easy to counter- but it is pretty annoying. Don't nerf it though, because it's great to get em' with a throwing knife right before they hit you and you know they're throwing a fit about it.
-
Shoulder charge reminds me of marathon, lightweight and commando from the MW2 days. So cheesy and a crutch for sure.
-
I think its too op. but it makes sense cause a titan is strong warlocks have burn nades and hunters invis but shoulder charge is ridiculous considering titans aren't weaker than anyone else and don't deserve to have that still, its like the power of the shotgun before range was nerfed and I couldn't use one ever again.
-
3 RisposteToday a 325 hunter survived my 318 titan shoulder charge!? Is that possible?
-
I don't know if it honestly has anything to do with what you said more than its simply the next thing the nerf squad decided to cry about. Not getting killed by Warlocks anymore? Complain about what's killing you the mist now. Just wait for IB to end, they'll be back to ToO and bi*ching about Sunsingers again.
-
Nerf the motha -blam!-in Shoulder Charge!!
-
6 RisposteAll I know is that compared to Y1, the Y2 shoulder charge is broken. The hit detection is as bad as the Bladedancer and it is no longer a 1-hit kill on many PVP enemies. It was always meant as a risk/reward skill and anymore there's just too much risk involved to be as viable as other perks.
-
For real. Shoulder charge has been fine for 18 months but all of the sudden it's broken? Sometimes I feel like the kids will whine until the only thing that does damage in the entire game is Hunter abilities...
