In other words, what makes it exotic?
Update: OK then... That's some crazy exotic Truthy shit in those videos some of you posted. One question is it still like that or has it been nerfed recently? I remember reading something about that.

Imagine if bullet bill had a baby with the blue turtle shell and you kind of get an idea of how evil this thing is
-
About 0.04 percent more.
-
I've seen it curve quite a bit
-
1 RispondiCan still do all the nasty shots. Just good luck getting ammo and a big open map.
-
Truth has not been touched. The reason why people only use truth most times in crucible.
-
1 RispondiI'm still running from it to this day
-
Very Aggressively

2 RisposteModificato da TJ: 4/23/2016 6:23:03 PMThis much. Lol

8 Risposte
In other words, what makes it exotic?
You know, I'm glad you asked. Take a look here. Videos old, but as Fallout Boy once said: "Some turn to dust... Or to GOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLDDDDDD BAAAABBBBBYYYYYY WHHHHHHEEEEWWWWW!" Well I think it was something like that. Enjoy.

25 RisposteNormal rockets lock on to a heat signature, and does its best to follow it. Truth rockets spend months pre-planning their targets before they are even made, gathering an archive detailing everything about them from where they eat or sleep, to how many times they go to the bathroom. The moment they are launched, they already know more about the target then they know themselves....
-
I played some IB lastnight, some dude shot rocket at me from truth, I signed off, went to bed, got up, went to work, rocket was waiting for me when I arrived.
-
4 RisposteI once dodged 3 truths in a row, greatest achievement in crucible

Modificato da Brokenspade: 4/25/2016 8:58:46 AMOne time a guy insulted the truth. Then on his next mission the vex sent him back in time. He was trapped for a 1000 years in a locked room in the vault of glass. Cut off from time and space. Immortal, invulnerable, and undying... Unreachable by even the laws of physics themselves. Then one day a guardian opened the door to his immortal prison and found only bones... And a small note. It read: "who's a noobtube now prydeth?" -truth
point is... it'll find you...
4 RisposteWhat a Truth rocket does: You see, the Truth is actually controlled by a soul hungry demon. Every rocket marks your soul for hunt. You cannot escape it, you cannot hide from it. The rocket WILL claim your soul. It WILL defy the laws of space and time to claim your soul. It WILL defy every right of yours when you think you escaped it, just to feel your bumhole being sensually tickled by the Truth rocket behind you... Right before it blows you the -blam!- up.

3 am in the -blam!-ing morning I got a knock on my door I had quit Destiny last night because I lagged out part the way through a match of Clash just after picking up heavy. Anyway, back to 3 am. A very polite rocket from Truth was waiting outside and asked to come in; it explained that it had been launched the previous night from across the map just before I lagged out. I said it could come in, because you really don't want to argue with something that could explode if you upset it. It came in, went straight to my Xbox, turned it on and loaded Destiny. I offered it coffee while it was waiting but it didn't want any. Once Destiny was loaded it took my warlock back into a Clash match and then went over to my Xbox and faded away. Next thing I saw was the rocket approaching my 'lock at speed, stopping to teabag me and then blew the shit out of me Now that's tracking on Truth
-
I unfriended Truth on Facebook, moved, changed my cell phone number, stopped hanging out with our mutual friends . . . I stepped outside to get the paper a couple mornings ago - yeah, I still get the paper delivered - and BOOM killed me dead :(
-
13 RisposteDon't listen to these guys. The tracking is hardly different if not the exact same as any legendary rocket launcher. All these videos of truth making a giant loop to kill it's tester will be done by other rockets as well. What gives the truth the cookie is its tracking plus grenades and horseshoes. Go try the gjallahorn and you'll see that it's literally just as effective as the truth, if not more since it's got Wolfpacks which can bet you more kills after the explosion
-
Yes, it was nerf, you could blind fire the Truth and kill an enemy because of the grenades and horseshoes, but now you have to aim and track its weather patterns
-
Seriously, in year 1 one Truth tracked me to work and killed me and everyone in my office. Kid who fired it got a Breaker.
-
The first time saw Truth's aggressive tracking was back in the earlier days of the game. On VoG, fighting against The Templar, I fired a rocket from Truth at him just as he disappeared. The rocket shot around the corner in such a tight curve. It was amazing to watch. It was my favourite exotic heavy for a long time.
-
13 RisposteIt doesn't track any differently at all. I'm willing to prove to anyone that says otherwise
-
2 RisposteSaw a video of someone using it in trials, the guy missed but it didn't hit anything
it was an open map
The rocket had enough room to turn around and hit its target just in time to save his life and win the round. Fricking crazy dude. I'd put a link up to it but I can't remember what the video is called
-
Sould of seen it in year one it would track u around a corner
-
1 RispondiModificato da QuiscalusMajor: 4/25/2016 6:28:22 AMeverything else is just a Red or Green, there are ways to avoid them, but Truth is the dreaded Blue Shell of rocket launchers, man. it's still as deadly and prevalent as ever, too.
-
2 RisposteA normal rocket w tracking would take longer than this
-
In words, truth goes zoom bam. Normal rockets go bye bye.
