Thorn nerf... really?
So the most unique primary has been reduced to a legendary weapon, that tick isint even worth using anymore, at this point legendary handcannons will become better simply because any other perk will do. The thorn is annoying but, it has never been op in year 2, it should not have been reduced to a normal handcannon

Good. I was tired of having to use a Thorn in sweats all the time. The gun is the definition of aids.

They'll nerf the thorn yet barely touch snipers when they even called out and notes that they have been on the rise. Bungie at its finest

4 RisposteI have been brutally slaughtered by that weapon pretty much every match for the past year and a half. It needed a nerd and I'll be completely fine if Bungie just removes it entirely man.

14 RisposteHow do you know it's not worth using anymore, you have not tried it yet! They are slowing the rof on pulse rifles for the most, lowering the damage of some hrof auto rifles. Thorns rof with the above alterations should still make it very competitive. Only time will tell but there's is no point moaning right now when you have not tried it.

Compare post buff thorn to the thorn nerf now. They whittled the gun down to a cosmetic use.

1 RispondiBecause it was op. 3 body shot kills. Burn that let's you track targets. Too easy to get postmortem medals. Now it's in it's place. And should stay that way.

It can still kill with 2 Body and 1 Head. Something legendary Hand Canons with the same impact cannot do

It's ridiculous that they're still nerfing this thing. I thought it was balanced the way it currently is. A bit frustrating to get killed by but that's only cause DoT in general is annoying. 4 ticks of 2 damage isn't even worth using an exotic for.
