The stream is complete and Crucible/weapon tuning information is out. This accurately reflects as much detail as we have gotten so far.

Shaxx weekly quest will drop up to 335 gear.
ToO bounties will reward up to 330 gear. ToO Mercury chest will drop up to 335 gear including armor (before, only weapons dropped here). There is also a new daily ToO bounty that is able to drop up to 330 gear upon completion.
Iron Banner Rank 3 package will have 320 artifact and 5 package will have 320 Ghost and up to 335 gear.

ARs:
High RoF - slight base damage nerf (16 head/13 body, 2.5% reduced base damage).
Low RoF - slight base damage buff (27 head/22 body, 35/28 with Focused Fire, 2.3% increase base damage).
PRs:
Low RoF - slight base damage buff (34 precision, 23 body, 3% increase base damage. Now a 2 burst weapon with all precision shots).
HCs:
More reserve ammo.
Fusion:
Blanket stability increase. Minimum stability buffed to 40% and linear to 100% at max.
Snipers:
-The 3 lowest zoom distance scopes - more zoom (Shortgaze, Ambush, Longview SLR10). This is to dissuade use in CQC.
-Added 2 frames of zoom time
-Snapshot 20% faster instead of 30% faster zoom time.
-Reduced stability.
-Fixed Zen Moment bug not working on snipers.
MIDA: removing High Caliber Rounds as an intrinsic perk.
Suros Regime: Spinning up kicks in 4 rounds later in the magazine due to low RoF AR buff.
Increased range (now +45 range) with Focused Fire, possible to reach max range in conjunction with other perk selections.
Hawkmoon: +10 base range increase. This will make it more reliable to land shots at mid range.
TLW: Removed damage bonus from The Last Word perk. Judging from the live play testing in the stream, it will struggle to keep up mid range against other mid range specialized weapons.
Thorn: reduced DoT reduced (2 instead of 3), reduced duration of DoT (4 ticks instead of 6), reduced Burn effect on opponent screen. Will stay as a Y1 weapon.
Ice Breaker: Increased scope zoom to 6x zoom. Reduced base handling to minimum for snipers. Reduced target acquisition by 25%. Death swapping special weapons no longer works. Will remain a Y1 weapon.
Dreg's Promise: Tracking rounds (similar tracking to that of launchers). Damage and RoF nerfed to compensate for tracking rounds
Telesto: Telesto will correctly attach to all surfaces, but will not damage teammates (glitch fix).
Chaperone: Bug fix on precision damage.
1000 Yard Stare: less ammo inventory ("a couple bullets") and affected by other sniper nerfs.
(Harrowed) Quillims Terminus: Reduced max ammo inventory by 15 rounds. Reduced stability by 9.
Faster reload for King's Fall weapons.
12% Stability buff on King's Fall AR, Anguish of Drystan.
Eye of the Storm: Now improves "error angle" in addition to accuracy, players can see reticle contract when perk activates.
Icarus: 75% better accuracy while airborne, up from 66%.
Aggressive Ballistics: Increased recoil (-20 stability, down from -10 stability).
Swapping special weapons in a match will now completely remove your special ammo until more is found.
Shotgun (5-7 rounds), sniper (5-7 rounds) reserve ammo reduced. This also affects Lord of Wolves & Queenbreaker's Bow.
Reduced bonus ammo for Machine Gun Ammo bonuses on armor by 33%
Reduced ammo given by heavy crates in PvP for launchers and machine guns.
PvE increase in special ammo brick drops to counter reduction in reserve ammo for PvE activities.
Warlocks:
Sunsinger- Flameshield armor reduced, frequency reduced. Radiance Fireborn won't last as long. Firebolt/Viking funeral was not adjusted. Designer said the subclass is built on the burn and they could not change it without redesigning the subclass.
Stormcaller- Landfall damage nerf (@7:50 in the YouTube link, you see where Landfall falls just short of one shotting a Warlock in Radiance. Also designer said would not pop the Titan bubble). Landfall won't blind enemies anymore. Less super duration with Transcendence. Slight damage buff to "damage to surrounding enemies" in Electrostatic Mind
Voidwalker- Buff to "Vampire" abilities
Titans and Hunters: No apparent changes

45 RisposteI'm calling it now, Warlocks just had their subclasses utterly destroyed.
-
4 RisposteThe only full health super that landfall could kill directly was gunslinger. It could never kill a radiant skin warlock or any other super with armor and full health.
-
6 RisposteI'm all for this patch other than the pve nerf to the multi-tool. I loved using that gun in pve to stagger enemies, especially the annoying taken centurions.
-
5 RisposteModificato da The 7th fall: 4/7/2016 12:55:49 AMWell now my old favorite exotic Mida-Tool will now be worthless in PvE... great work Bungie you've succeeded in nerfing everything to be equally sh*tty options, and you still won't make Y2 variants of Ice Breaker or Thorn. Just remove the guns Bungie cause you clearly don't give a rat's a** about them! And now we get less special and heavy ammo in PvE due to PvP??!! Ugh... and now the Suros Regime will more than likely go in danger of being nerfed later on as that is getting a decent buff while Mida-Tool is plummeting.
-
I think the bungie guys n gals have been playing too much division. They want everything to be a bullet sponge. #sarcasm.
-
After now having time to watch the update I'm really disappointed yet again pve players get kicked for no reason other then there too lazy to split pvp/pve. What till now has looked like a good update has been yet again undermined by flawed bungie logic & an inability to tackle the real issues and re buff guns and classes in pve that time again get blasted with pvp nerf. I only pvp in IB so whatever i can live with pvp changes for a week a month but why on earth should those changes have any negative impact on our pve... I didnt see any pve player complain mida stagger too hard, snipers were too stable or had too much ammo etc in pve...so why negatively change them... Unless something seriously changes with these meta updates before next paid dlc drops i personally wont be buying it..bungie need to wake up and realise lot of players have zero interest in pvp and are fed up of these pve nerfs all time...we should be op in pve against the darkness ffs
-
The last seven to eight Shaxx weekly bounties have netted me five ghost shells and two sets of strange coins. So unless the rng is changed I expect garbage.
-
Now what about dedicated servers for all gamemodes
-
sorry 4 my eng. shitty update. evil of crucible is range. fix range and it will be normal balance. now: - shotguns oneshot 5-7 meters - meele kills 3-4 meters - handcannons full damaged on pulse rifle distance - machineguns 4-5 rounds kill on scout distanse - scout full damage on sniper rifle distance. - last word have stupid overrange fix this and crucible will be balanced only autorifles have balanced damage distance -((
-
RIP MIDA, so many times you gave me comfort and security in the abyss. That extra boost of speed and staggering ammo came in useful whilst surrounded by thrall clawing for my reanimated flesh. RIP good friend
-
2 RisposteSooo...It seems that they're undoing a bunch of the stuff I liked, and adding in a bunch of stuff that I don't. I think I might be taking a break, idk.
-
Damnit, nerfing transcendence affects PvE too y'know...
-
2 RisposteThe usual Bungie trick of fawning over ToO players and to hell with everyone else.
-
7 RisposteModificato da moosetorturer175: 4/7/2016 12:59:58 AMAre you kidding me? For real? OK I'm perfectly fine with all weapon nerfs but why on God's green Earth did Sunsinger, a class that's been in the game since year 1, get punished absolutely the most in all of the ways without even fixing the actual problem. So striker and shadowshot aren't gonna change but since Sunsingers have 2 over powered perks they are gonna only change one and then make the super last less. Hmm shoulder charge and lightning grenades as well smoke and vortex grenades are untouched. Oh yeah, and warlocks don't have a bullshit dodge move that literally escapes everything. I was OK with stormtrance nerf it was needed but wow pick on a subclass that's been here as long as striker. -blam!- this game. I would rather have just gotten rid of firebolts and have only 2 grenades at all then this shit.
-
I don't know why people Complained about mida. I have no problems against it with other scouts.
-
22 RisposteI can't fathom the thought process behind removing the Stagger effect from MIDA for PvP when PvE was the reason it was added in the first place back in Year 1. Now it's back to being no better than a regular scout rifle. Prime example of PvP yet again ruining PvE. Good job, guys.
-
1 Rispondi'Power creep?' How about 'weakness creep?' This seems to me to be yet more pandering to the streamers and ToO carriers. MIDA is not a difficult or elitist weapon to obtain and was really useful in PvE as a go-to primary, a genuine 'multi-tool'; now it is PvE where it has its effectiveness reduced (?)....I don't have a counterbalance Doctrine but I do love my Arminius; also nerfed. Should I now dust off my Jade Rabbit (looks like a better club to beat people with than a gun, slow firing, has nasty recoil, daft magazine size for non-crits and it makes a horrible noise - like escaping air) in time for the next 'update' just like Hawkmoon, old-Suros, and others or is my Hygiea Noblesse going to be viable in the new update at 160LL? (I won't comment on the Warlock T gun in the hope no-one notices). I've also seen one or two people using Vestian Dynasty recently (a unique, interesting and a favourite gun of mine too) is that going to be the next target? The message, again, is clearly 'don't use good stuff 'cause it will get fixed soon!' There is, at least somewhat, readily available variety just now for average and casual players but the game seems to be converging on fewer and fewer viable options. I've lost count to how many times I've died to TLW but I have one (can't use it as well as some but if I practiced through the pain I'm certain I could get decent with it), never ending ammo from Qullims, Titan hammers, Titan shoulder charges in the back, etc. but I don't want these things 'fixed,' I want competitive alternatives. There should be a holiday on here where all the people crying for everything effective or non-Titan related to be nerfed take a day, or maybe two, off.
-
1 RispondiBut still no dedicated servers. So crucible balance doesn't matter. Give a guy the vex with it's original numbers and the laggy dude with the Fabian strategy is still going to top the leader board and beat him.
-
10 RisposteStill no fix for bladedancer hit detection. Unbelievable.
-
14 RisposteThey said on the stream they were unable to nerf the DoT damage on firebolts because viking funeral which would cause them to have to restructure the whole subclass. If this is true how were they able to reduce the DoT on the Sunbreaker melee melting point and thermal vent with out restructuring the whole subclass? If anyone could provide some clarity it would be appreciated.
-
5 RisposteSoo many bad nerfs... Why decrease reserve ammo for machine guns? And nerf Stormcaller?!! Landfall wasn't that bad even in PVP IMO. Oh these PVP crap is ruining PVE...
-
Rest in Peace Mida Multi Tool. You were a good gun, and I will stash you in the vault so please don't worry about being infused or dismantled for shard. But unfortunately, not staggering enemies really makes you worthless. It's been a fun month.
-
44 Risposte>Everyone complains about Singsinger burn. >Bungie nerfs multiple things except the burn >No one is surprised anymore.
-
THE WALL JUST GOT 10 FEET TALLER
-
2 RisposteModificato da Cptn Hardwood: 4/7/2016 10:19:23 PMSeriously to people complaining about mida being worse for pve... When is the last time (besides touch for KF) has your primary or even your loadout in general affected your ability to complete a mission. Knights won't just start killing you now because you aren't staggering them.
-
8 RisposteModificato da Chubbums: 4/7/2016 3:31:34 PM9:52 Guy is using Sniper in Close range fight against an enemy hitting him with Dregg's promise. Sidearm user gets headshotted. How is this even possible with the supposed "tweaks" they implemented to force Snipers to be used in their intended range. No flinch from getting hit with a sidearm that close. Wow keep catering to the streamer douchebags bungie. Lord knows if you take away their crutch they will be less inclined to stream, meaning less advertising for your game. 10:43 from a jump into a quickscope at mid range against a Suros fire, headshots opponent with no penalty in accuracy. Lol... balanced they say...
