I learned that 80% of Iron Banner players have no idea how to play control.

And the worst is once your 315 or above light level there is no incentives to play solo because rarely is it fun anymore. As a clan it can still be fun if everyone isn't complaining about the lag. And even as a clan someone is always dropping out very rarely can you convince 6 people to play at once anymore.

Eh, It's not uncommon for me to have 0 captures in a match. I get the kills while they hold the zones and it's worked out pretty well this Iron Banana.

That's why IB should be Clash. That and better drop rates because the games are shorter.

I learned people dont know how to adapt when their plan for the team doesnt go the way they thought it would.

2 RisposteIf I'm on a team like that I try to cap and defend one flag and let them do their thing. It works better than playing clash with the rest of them.

1 RispondiYesterday I got dropped in with under 2 minutes left. As soon as I spawn in, stormtranced before I could even move. Waited the 1 minute 30 seconds for the stormtrance to end. Spawned in and golden gunned as I hit the ground. Spawned in again. Aimed at the sky and tossed a grenade. 3 seconds later *grenade kill* followed by "Learn from this loss" Lesson learned: just leave

Worst thing for me is when there are 2 or 3 of you and you think, yeah lets engage them and go, killing one and injuring 2, you look around and where are your teammates.....running in other direction?!! Would have been 2 easy kills but no...! gaahh!! Haha

8 RisposteThe Iron Banner playlist isn't about capturing flags, don't tell Saladin I said this, it's about your will to survive and how well you help your team and how you deal with situations. That's why you get the good and bad rewards. I was accepted into the Iron Legion because I was the best out of all the other Guardians I ever went up against, if any of you here think that you are better than me you will be lying to yourselves. No I'm not bluffing and no I don't care what my K/D is. There was a time when I was the best of the best and somewhat still am. Same goes for all the Iron Lords.

Kill enemies without getting killed while controlling two of the zones. One can suffice if getting the second would feed the enemy too many kills (assuming your team holds a good defensive position and gets more kills). My k/d sure ain't great, but as long as you are negative you are probably one of the reasons your team is losing.

2 RisposteI've had similar frustration.. The whole other team is camping B. Why do you all keep running at "B" one at a time like Lemmings? We have "A".. They have "C" and they're pretty much all staying on "B" .. Here's an Idea go cap "C" for Goodness sake! That way we can have both A and C. No? You think throwing yourselves separately or two against 5 trying to re-take "B" is the way to go? .

1 RispondiFunny enough I run solo and I only got placed on to about 3 teams that were completely clueless. I gotnhooked up with a lot of badasses and we killed a lot of teams. Also I got dropped into no less than 4 loosing matches and then came back for the win. Over all I would say the gameplay of this IB was better this time around but the RNG was for shit. Only note worthy items were a 311 IB rocket launcher that let me finally get to 310 light and a 315 iron shell that I infused with my ugly ass chocolate 320 shell. I was thankful for the ghost shell because I was so sick of looking at that God awful chocolate shell. Now my titian doesn't have look around in shame when he pulls out his ghost.

10 RisposteYes, because going to B at the very beginning of the match is pointless and risky Using your super against one single and alone enemy because its easier than use it against other super or the heavy ammo respawn Trying to capture all 3 zones instead of keeping 2 (B and your zone respawn) Going alone all the time, facing 2 and 3 oponents at once because you are so BRAVE Going AFK for 2 minutes its too cool, who cares about k/d #NoobTactics

1 RispondiMost of my games went like this We got our spawn control point and then B We dominated the first half of the match Then some bright spark would capture the oppositions spawn control point We now have all zones. The opposition then takes our original control point my team rushes in to 'save the day' but in no coordinated way, so gets mowed down by the opposition. The opposition moves up grabs B and then proceeds on winning the game.

1 RispondiI still like Control, I can always get Overall High score on Control, Rift you have to Run the spark....I did get overall high score once with out running the spark, but that's just luck. Clash is a little harder, if your not running a subclass like Storm Caller or similar your limiting your overall kill potential........
