If the April Update is related to Prison of Elders...
It just goes to show how out of touch Bungie is with the playerbase likes/wants and dislikes. POE was disliked by the majority of players and it isn't missed. I have seen so many posts here asking to make the old raid raids relevant again and none about making PoE relevant. Please don't tell me you're thinking of making that crap relevant again before a quality raid like Vault of Glass and even the slightly inferior Crota's End raid.
Edit- Whoever said they like POE but never beat Skolas... Your opinion is invalid.
And if you started playing during HoW and have more PoE completions than raid completions. Your opinion is invalid and biased. You didn't experience the previous content at its prime.

Skolas was fun for about the first 3 times i did it after that i wanted to cry hell i still have nightmares about those freaking mines

I do hope the update has nothing to do with Skolas and PoE, but if it does I'll just stop playing when I'm bored of it. No big deal.

I didnt think it was that bad. A lot of it was pretty challenging the first time through. (Pre nerf qoodron). It just got old too fast.if they reworked some stuff, it'd be fine. My question is, just because they showed a pic of armor reskinned, is that enough to assume the content will be related to poe?

On the contrary, PoE was received well, it just fell out of favor because after a maximum of four (but usually two) weeks, you could be at max level, making it pointless to complete.

PoE was great, but the rewards were a bag of hot garbage, 95% of the HoW weapons were such crap... Dreg and shank burn on rockets and snipers? Why do I need extra damage from a rl on trash mobs lol....just why lol

PoE was fun... But people expected a raid so it could not live up to that. The other downfall was always having the exact same mods for certain levels (hive with arc burn -_-) The concept of PoE is good. Big open space with waves. Honestly should not take a lot of development to make some new PoE encounters. They just need to refine it and refresh it. PoE should be here to stay because of how easy it is for them to add to it.

I'm hoping they juts picked POE as the first thing to show and they'll bring back the other stuff from year 1, god knows a lot of us will be doing VOG just to get that stupid exotic they hid there in year 2. I'm really hoping that the taken stuff in the picture is really just a shader as I hated those POE outfits.

I liked PoE at 1st but it got old if everyone wasn't talking. After a while, it was just an annoyance

Tbh, me and 5 of my friends blew through Vog and Crotas end like it was nothing, then the kings fall raid. I honestly want a y2 version of crotas end and VoG

I tend to think POE is fun. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean the mode isn't fun. TBH, most of Destiny is fun for me. Weird, huh?

PoE was very fun. Lv28 was boring as f* though. The modifiers made it a blast, and the bosses themselves were interesting. It's also really fun to solo skolas.

Or they know what the players want so they're saving the best for last. It makes sense if they are since by the time they update VoG Destiny would be about 3 years old. If they manage to keep players playing for 3 years then it would make Destiny despite its flaws a great success. VoG is probably the most requested then it makes sense that they make that the last raid to be carried over and hope it brings players back to Destiny which in turn would put them in a great spot to release Destiny 2 after the final Update. Just because everyone wants VoG you give it to them right off the bat. What people really want are content, you give them that.

For one I did beat skolas. I actually didn't mind Poe. It was fun. Yes some shit was challenging but what isn't in this game. I wouldnt be mad if it had to do something with prison. I'd just be happy to play something new again in Destiny. It was between poe and vog that kept me playing the game. Didn't buy crota until I had to for TTK.

POE was, and still is, fun. I played the alpha, beta, and from day one and I think it would be great if they make POE relevant again.
