Sucks for people who didn't get it. It's cool to have some rareness in the game, but not in a way such as that. If I were apart of 343i, I'd basically end the free promo and start up a commendation route of getting a very similar set that is either different in paint job, or a matching emblem you'd put that signifies you got it through a commendation.
