S.A.B.E.R. Should never be a nightfall in its current state
There is absolutely no completing this Strike in its current stage. Defending the warsat is way to difficult and damn near impossible with the current modifiers. You have absolutely no cover to hide behind when the skiffs come to drop bombs on you and you're finished when the ads pour in. It's honestly ridiculous.
I was finally able to finish it with my titan. All for a whooping 20 Strange Coins. So good luck doing it on any other character that doesn't have Defender and shit orbs.

Nightstalker (Blood Bound / Blackhole & Light of the Pack) and a Bubble Titan. Let your Supers build, defend up until about 50% / 60% and then have the Defender pop his/her bubble as then have the Nightstalker tether the ground and create orbs for the Defender then pop another bubble. Simples. If you're on XB1 I will help with this.

It was hard, but nowhere near impossible. It took me a couple of tries on my 299 character thought.

Shoot the Skiff Turrets as a priority. Air Telesto rips through the adds. Sword is your friend. Team of 3 required. Easy. Quit your crying.

4 RisposteModificato da warlordzsinj: 3/10/2016 10:25:30 AMIt is tricky, but it's not impossible. As long as you've got a Titan and a couple of swords you can get through the WarSat section. Just make sure you're all on the right side of the WarSat (away from the dropships) have one of the fire team move and clear out ads. Use swords on the Majors and Captains. It gets hairy towards the end but if two stay on the WarSat you don't even need to kill all the ads. Just complete the transmission and wipe. The way to SABRE is pretty straight forward. You can even run some of it. On SABRE all you need to do is move to the sections that appear so you have cover and try to have him down to about a third of energy when the snipers appear. Make sure at least one member is on sniper duty, bubble, then finish him.

Wiped once at the beginning. Titan Bubble + Nighstalker is the way to go.

Get a defender buddy or become one. Super easy.

The warsat section is, to me, the most poorly designed element of the game precisely because of that. You are in a killbox with little cover. This is unnecessarily fristrating sometimes.

Did this with my buddy, bladedancer (with inv) and nightstalker for orbs, it was pretty easy

Carried a 285 through no problem (once I switched from sunsinger) radiance seemed like the best bet but the storm caller melted the ads and the teleporting really helped. Tried countless times with radiance but got through the warsat first try after switching to stormcaller. The key is generating orbs and getting supers rolling as a team

But a hunter nightstalkers or/and titan defender (blessing with saint 14 if possible) or/and warlock self res should do the trick, you'll have infinite supers. Plus, use a sword and kill them all don't sit in the titan bubble. That's not hard if you have a strategy and play carefully.
