I enjoy it. Everyone has an opinion. Also, while I hate seeing constant "Division versus Destiny" posts I would just like to mention that the Division has a tab in the map where you can match make with randoms for either Dark Zone, Free Roam or Missions.

The Division has more freedom than Destiny and allows solo players to enjoy the game rather than locking it behind group activities with no matchmaking. If I have to go to an independent website to find people just to play the game...that aspect of the game has failed. Not to mention I actually understand what goes on in the Division unlike Destiny where I have to defend Dinklebot for 5 minutes whilst he unlock doors. THE DIVISION HAS A STORYLINE. Gun customisations are great! And AND...you can have your character look however you want without worrying about the retarded progression system such as light levels. The RNG systems are more competent...no 6 hr raids or 2 hr nightfalls just to find shards. Hell even if players kill me and take my loot I can just go find more loot instead of waiting one bloody week to do endgame activities again. Never felt connected to Destiny...didn't care about the darkness...it is a glorified COD or HALO at best with RPG elements. It never made you attached to the story. Everything was a grind. You earned loot just to take it into the crucible. PVE players are forgotten.The Division on the other hand is an RPG with shooter elements. PVE players will enjoy The Division and also there are PVP elements should they choose to pursue them. The Division is freedom. Something Destiny never gave us.

I actually can't comprehend how someone cannot like The Division... I mean It's fine if you don't and all but it just doesn't make sense to me how you didn't enjoy it.

Not saying Division is perfect, but I had an absolute blast with it. I literally haven't played a game that nonstop since Destiny. And I'm having withdrawls. I wouldn't say the story is lackluster because we haven't been exposed to hardly any of it, we only played 2 story missions. But, I agree the voice acting isn't the greatest. I totally disagree about the dark zone, I thought that was the most fun. I played both betas so I had a slight edge on many players. It was so much fun hunting rouges and going manhunt without getting popped. I will be playing this game for the dark zone and high level pve activities, I can forgive the voice acting, I certainly did with Destiny. I don't really play these type of games for story, it's more about character builds and loot for me. If I want story I play a great story game like witcher 3, dragon age, or fallout with all those dialogue options and storyline branches. I do find it a bit Ironic that a Destiny fan is criticizing a games story lol;)

I'm meh on the division. Was really excited 2 years ago when they showed a teaser/trailer, but beta has made me change my mind. I'll wait till after release before I make a final decision. Pros: cover based RPGs (I love those type of games, it's something different than fps games that I play quite a bit). Team oriented game Good environment and many things to explore. Almost no loading screens! Hell yea! Skill/perk tree Cons: only two story missions in the beta and I thought they were bland. So I'm a tad worried that will carry over once the whole game is opened up. Locked character customization in beta also has me worried. Why? Most games will lock some will at least let you touch some parts of customization. I wasn't s fan of randomly generating my character. Little variety in guns. We know there's assault, sidearms, marksman rifles, shottys, smgs, and light machine guns. And in the beta there were so few variations of each which has me slightly disappointed. Hopefully the numbers increase after release, cuz a good 25 or so amount if weapons isn't cool in an rpg. Pvp is setup very badly at the moment. How do you stop people from purposely getting in your way when shooting to make you go rogue? How do you fix people literally killing anyone who first enters a pvp area? There's so many issues where people will exploit the system that I actually believe it's turn away most pvp players. Eventually you'll only have the jackasses who use those exploits playing in the pvp. Bad voice acting.......not big on my list but RPGs are much more fun if you have it. Many things being locked in beta is what makes me undecided on the game. Much could change after the week I listen into and watch what others think of it. I just think the beta was bad due to lack of what to see. I understand it was a stress test but I'm sure many of us wanted to see what's up with the game, not test the servers. There just wasn't much in there and to many things locked for me to decide as of right now. I just worry maybe features were locked because they want to ride the hype and get what money they can before we find out its underwhelming. Hope I'm wrong as I was excited since two years ago for this game, but I have my suspicions.

You and I greatly disagree on this topic... Expect the PvP being lackluster, but that's because the division is not geared to PvP players. It's an RPG first and foremost. I think the base of operations is big enough to have a good amount of content and story to play through to keep me entertained for a couple months.

Destiny is a 160 dollar beta.
