Wave off heavy in trials
A lot of you dont know this, but theres a "code" some of us use in trials during the heavy round. If everyone on the other team waves at the start of the heavy ammo round, it means they don't want to grab the heavy and just play the round out like normal. Wave back if you agree to this. We all know how ridiculously broken heavy ammo is in this game and that's why some of us choose not to grab it.
And please have some honour if you do this. Dont cheat. Show some e-sportsmanship.
Edit: Im not saying you have to do this Im just spreading awareness so more people know about this

2 RisposteIMO I think waving off heavy is better left for predetermined matches, tournaments, sweats and for when they put in private matches. This is just asking for trouble in trials. Like a lot of ppl mentioned, ppl wave and still pick it up. Why get yourself upset over a video game because someone wasn't honest. Just grab the heavy for now and go over to whatever forum section bungie has for these type of suggestions and tell them how you want it changed so they can take it out. If it's there, ppl are going to take it and worse exploit the situation because they are not happy with themselves and winning trials is all they have going even if they have to cheat you in one round.

I sometimes wave the heavy off, but there have been times when they waved it off then mid round pick it up.

8 RisposteI was just wondering why do people wave heavy? If you both have heavy is it not fair? I would think that if these good players (who seem to perspirate for some reason) are that good they would not be scared of a little heavy. You could still have a heavy round and have to outplay each other. Im not that good and i hardly die from rockets. It just seems like they want a way to feel niche and special like "oh we pros don't use heavy!" Then they proceed to only use a MIDA/TLW and 1k stare :/

Always good except for when only two wave and one guy is a dick after everyone moves away from the heavies.

I still pick up the heavy because I don't trust randoms in pubs. I only trust people I know won't take it.

Sounds like something that should be done in private matches? Not public matchmaking. Unfortunately most will betray your trust and just take both heavies. Do you "waive" heavy in clash or control? How about rumble? Heavy spawns because it's meant to be used. You can outflank players with heavy ammo. Focus your efforts and take out a player maybe. Counter with a super. Personally I think the whole thing is silly in public matches. You are handicapping yourself really and if you wanna play that way cool but always ALWAYS expect füçkërÿ

Lmao tryhards talking about honor lmaooooo, I consider my sniper a 18 bullets rocket launcher, I can kill your entire fireteam in 3 sec with my sniper and it's honorable but if I use a Rocket Launcher I don't have honor, lmao. Oh and no, I don't use heavy on Trials, I rather rush and destroy them than spend 14 secs waiting for heavy ammo. I can understand it for sweaties, but there's a difference between a competitive gamemode like Skirmish/Salvage and a broken 3v3 gamemode like Elimination, there's a huge difference.
