this is not true. Not bugged. It is RNG at at's finest. I just ran to the tower and got: 2x lord of wolves - didn't have it Pocket Infinty - didn't have it No Land Beyond - didn't have it.

Now i've been buying legacy engram ever since TTK dropped and never had a problem with them until last week where i, as many others apparently, got a duplicate Dregs promise. I've bought many special legacy engrams before and not had a problem though. So i don't know how i will finish my collection if this bug is not fixed since i only need LoW and Invective

Bought 2x legacy exotic secondary engrams (looking for Y1 4th HM) got two more Dreg's Promises.

Hopefully this gets resolved. I've tried a few times, but never got anything I didn't already have. I only need Dreg's Promise and QBB. I didn't know it was broken, but after I got another 4th horseman I decided it wasn't worth it to waste coin on year 1 junk.

I bought 3 or 4 and they all turned into Dreg's Promise. Only weapon I still need from year 1 is Lord of Wolves!

I bought 11. Got one Special Weapon I didn't have, 6 Lord of Wolves, and 3 Dreg's Promises. Still no Icebreaker. Definitely bugged.

2 RisposteYeah I had the same issue a couple weeks ago and drained roughly 120-150 strange coins on overpriced legacy engrams and got the same weapons over and over and all I need is dregs promise. I got a few LoW's and Queenbreakers bow. I understand they are not guaranteed but they do not seem to be weighted either. I wish we could get some of them coins back considering it seems to be more of a bug than anything else. Coins seem to be harder to get these days and all I have left from year 1 is dregs and hawkmoon. The legacy engrams should have a lot cheaper price tag Bungie, there's no reason for them to be 31 coins. Not like you get a shader or anything cool for having all year 1 gear anyway so why not appease the people that have been playing since the beta.
