Also, dropping a nuke in there will be killing thousands maybe even millions of innocent people. Only a portion of those people have intent to fight. The rest are nothing more but innocent civilians. Just like the people from Paris.

As far as we're aware a nephew was brought to the hospital wounded, his mother in a shock and it took hours to hear something from the dad who is, luckily, safe.
