Arms day is a WASTE
Why even add that to the game? It's so dumb to just wait around til arms day for these guns that are horrible!!! The guns u can just purchase are 100x better. I got one decent sniper EIRENE and that's it. Everything else I've touched has like .002 impact or if it has impact it has recoil that makes ur gun shoot the sky... What a joke.

I consistantly use three guns I received from Arms Day. The rest provided me with valuable marks. I don't see your issue.

Well if you don't like what he's got, you can easily scrap the weapons for parts and marks.

It makes the gunsmith useful and fun. Last year I didn't pay him the gunsmith any attention.

Today I got two of the only shotguns I have seen in the game with rangefinder... I disagree that the guns are garbage.

3 RisposteI'll order scout rifles from time to time and see what kind of rolls I can get, though I haven't found anything to replace my Tuonela with Firefly yet. Other than that, I have stopped field testing weapons until I see a benefit to going past Rank 5.

That suros rocket was great. The weapons aren't meant to be op or endgame. For a starting player, a 280 primary for only 2500 glimmer is really worth it

I hit my glimmer cap quite often so arms day gives me the opportunity to convert glimmer into legendary marks.

Half the guns I use on a regular basis are things I've picked up from the Gunsmith. Either on Arms day, or as exotic bounty weapons. Especially the Suros weapons. You just get some absolutely INSANE perk rolls, on top of what are excellent baseline stats. Also, I get to buy guns from the GS with the games EASIEST to acquire resource....glimmer....and if I don't like the weapon, I can dismantle it and get two of the games most precious resources: Weapon parts, and Legendary marks.
