Your Raid Requirements
Just wondering what peoples raid requirements are so that I know what I'm dealing with when I try to find a raid group in LFG.
Everyone here is all nice, but in lfg that shit is a warzone, 300 this, 300 that.

Recommended light is 290, that's what I ask for. Yes I know you can do it with less, I get that. But unless I play with you regularly, I don't want to see your message in my inbox saying "285, buts lots of experience". Good for you. I don't know you from Adam, so your experience means nothing to me. I don't care about your weapons, sub class choice, any of that. Meet the recommended light for the activity and we are good. Don't like it? Post your own LFG.

I don,t care to much about light. Instead I make the people say that they are equal to the rest of the fireteam and that everybody is worth listening to. A lot of people have trouble with the "We are all equal" part so I kick them.

Honestly you need to be atleast 290. When you reach the daughters and oryx you want to be 295+

290+. Maybe some exceptions. But really idk why you would want to do the raid If you're below 290. I mean, it's not hard just do strikes until you're at the appropriate level

my group was 290-295+ and almost all of us had black spindle/another high impact sniper infused with black spindle. hardest part was just figuring out what to do/who to have do what. tried once before with randoms from LFG, that went really badly.

Just be a productive raid member. High light with maxed out 290+ gear and you should be good. Don't show up low level with shit weapons...that's what gets you kicked from groups. Also. Never join a group that set limitations on who they raid with...in general those people are douche bags and not fun to raid with anyway.

295+ now i only say that for the later parts of the raid as a 287-290+ a good team can get one or two of you through. but other than light level the only thing i require is that people are willing to listen to the raid leader, if you can do that, you can get through the whole raid with out fail.
