Once the DLC codes are applied to an account they are used. They cannot be reused. The disc (base Destiny game) however should be useable for the next person if you sell them that.

So basically (if i understand correctly) the PS4 bundle that i got came with a physical copy of Destiny and Digital copy of the addons including Taken king.. So if one day i sell the PS4 to some random, that random buyer will have the PS4 and Destiny original disc.. but won't be able to use the addons nor Taken King (if i have used the code).. and will have to purchase them (which alone cost almost the the price of the game)... correct ? So if i understood well i shouldn't use the code then...and just play with the original version...

Yes. Any DLC code you get is a one time use. Once you use the key it is applied to your gamertag account. If a person were to try to use the key again they would get an error, saying that code has already been used. As for you waiting on the codes, I wouldnt bother. The cost of the entire game is not very much, and anyone purchasing a used Ps4 should have no problem getting the money to play Destiny.
