Edit I got the Scout when I did the regular lvl 36 shield bros strike. I got the class armor from a heroic dying mind. Pretty sure the lvl will scale to your current light lvl like everything else, not sure though.
Edit ok guys if you have a flayer cloak DONT TELL ME, that thing is just too cool looking, I'm drowning in jealousy over here.
Edit I GOT THE VOID FLAYER CLOAK. And the arc. Excuse me while I speed lvl my Hunter

I do have 7 pieces of gear from sublime emblems though. Chest, legs, arms, bond (warlock), and chest, legs, cloak (hunter). I'm dying for the titan arms, flayer cloak and warlock helm though. My clan leader got both the arms and the helm. He's jelly of my Darkblade helm though.
