No it was hilarious I loved it

Well, that's kind of Caydes [i]thing[/i]. He's the adventurous spirit who flys the the seat of his pants and delivers humourous quips and one-liners with a heavy helping of sarcasm –Zavala is a battle-hardened leader whose solutions usually consists of a simple "Kill all the things" foundation –Ikora plays the apprehensive brains of the operation, but occasionally catches shit for being an academic –Eris is the dark and gloomy splinter cell who suffers from PTSD and awful social skills –Holliday is the laid-back grease monkey who's quite content to just stay out of the action, voted most likely to be a lesbian –Shaxx is the People's Champion and all around Warrior badass with a soft spot for destruction –Petra is the soldier that loves her job just a [i]little[/i] too much, possibly Holliday's secret lover –Variks is the wise old sage from a foreign land, that while harmless, has a tendency to weird you out with his strangeness –The Queen and her brother are the rich neighbors with a shadowy past that never quite agree on anything, but come together to help the protagonist in return for a favor down the road ...and the Speaker is the political character who everyone believes is good, but we can't help but expect him to reveal himself as a bad guy because everyone agrees that mother-blam!-er is shady It's the same basic Character building plot as literally ANY hit TV series of the last 20-30 years. lol

Nope, they finally made it good. I love the way they are going with some actual story and character development. I find myself wanting more now.

Disagree. First time in a year this game actually made me chuckle. The scenes with Eris Morn and the fact that they respond and treat her like she's a citizen of crazy town when she starts in with her crazy mystic babble is to me,pretty funny. Starting with when first encountering the Taken Eris: I feel fingers in my MIND. Zavala: yeah...thanks for that input Eris. (Rolling eyes) Yeah that's kinda funny.

If you watched firefly, having captain reynolds crack jokes is hilarious, imo. Agent Broyles from fringe is enjoyable too.

Sounds like you have never played a rockstar game, Saints row, or any other game with a sense of humor. Farcry blood dragon is my favorite farcry just because it isn't serious whatsoever. What are you expecting? Cayde to have no personality?

So when there isn't any humor, or likable characters in the game, we complain. Then, when there ARE humorous and likable characters in the game, we complain? I am genuinely confused. Maybe Bungie should just stop trying all together, because it seems that this community will hate anything. This is just my opinion.

The sarcasm adds some humanity to the overall darkness of the game. I like it. It adds personality and lets you feel like you KNOW who these people are in the tower.

Perfect. I liked every line from everY character in TTK. Even nolyn who is pretty meh during dinklbots lines nailed it in TTK.
