Anyone else encountered the Taken ?!?!
Ran into some taken on earth, just doing a few missions on earth, then one node had a skull and crossbones on it... I clicked it and was directed to Dock 13 where the Taken Arrived in a big black orb

Tried for a good while and never got it to spawn. :( Was able to get the mystery mission to pop up though, so that was fun.
