Suros still sucks.
It does not kill fast enough to keep up with pulse rifle's or hand cannon's and bullets that are dead on do no damage whatsoever.
So many people think I suck lol!
Thank u guys and gals for all this useful information! Much appreciated and will be used to improve my crucible skills!
How is this thread still alive? I am disappointed flood. :(

3 RispostePersonally i used the suro for about 45 seconds before swapping out.. it has nice impact but a slow ass fire rate.. when the year 2 version comes out it will be interesting cause from what i remember you can change its fire rate back to normal speed before that ads upgrade.

6 RisposteIt just fires too slow for the damage it does, if you have it fully upgraded. Like you said, it can't compete with pulse rifles, basically nothing can right now. Maybe Mida because it's just pure awesome. Having auto rifles suck from mid range makes hand cannons that much better, because they still wreck from auto rifle range in 3 shots.

6 RisposteI cornered a Thorn user in a game of Rift and wiped the floor with him using Suros along with every shotgun-rushing scrub ever. Suros is great, because the high ration of players lacking any sort of skill beyond Blink-shotgun and exotic HCs are too easy to play against when you possess the ability to hold your own in a gunfight. Then it's just embarrassing for the other guy. I will admit, now that Hard Light got the blanket AR buff minus damage falloff, it's a lot more fun to use in Crucible too.

6 RisposteAutorifles are what pulse rifles were pre buff. Useless. The new meta is high impact pulse rifles. Shotguns still own. Exotic hand cannons are just o.k. (except tlw, they nerfed it to death, thank God)

4 RisposteAuto rifles are still greatly underpowered, they increased the damage but the fall off is too much, I preferred it before where I could empty to half mag and kill in 6 shots from 50 yards away now it's like 8 shots

5 RisposteI went 25 and 3 with the monte.. sorry but you just suck.. I've been using the monte even before the legendary auto nerf and 98% of the time I go positive. There is not other excuse. What they did to autos only made them better. And btw the Suros will never be the same. It was nerfed during the great nerf and they nerfed it again during 2.0. And the range fall off excuse is just pathetic. You just can't hold your shots far away, I have no problem knocking someone down at pulse rifle range
