Too mad to even play.
So the past year of my life has just been wasted. All that my brother and I have done means nothing. Why even have people level up if you were going to take it all away. I now do not want the new update. I don't think i even want to play anymore

Do you have amnesia or something? Can't remember any of your Destiny experiences over the past year? Didn't have a good time playing with friends? Awesome raid nights? Great stories from crucible? I kinda have all those things.

Gaming in general could be considered a waste of time. Remember back in the day where playing a sequel to a game meant having to start over, completely? There wasn't any of this progressional and reactive storytelling modern games have taken up. In Mario Bros you saved Peach, but then In Super Mario Bros, she was captured all over again. Did that make the previous game a waste? Nope, because you had fun. Play games for fun instead of fame, and it won't matter if the whole damned thing resets (like it used to after finishing the game!!).

This an mmo type game, this will be the case every expansion. If you hate this feeling of starting over then this probably isn't a game for you. Absolutely nothing wrong with that.

1 RispondiPeople are always complaining about basically everything in year 1 being useless, but isn't the only thing that matters is that we had fun doing it? That's the whole point of a video game. You pay for it, you play it, and eventually something new comes around the corner for you to do.

So what did you expect??????? New content always in some way shape or form resets. I don't get your logic. Were you hoping that your old equipment would still be relevant? Why even buy an expansion? Your going nowhere with that type of thinking.
