Like when Dredgen Yors Rose turned into the Thorn, "Terrorbot" was created when a well meaning robot was infused with a little too much Darkness and became the horrible manifestation it is today. He is the product of a development teams nightmares and was put in the tower solely to make sure the guns were used on enemies and not people in the tower.
