Should shoulder charge be nerfed since blink is getting nerfed
Really bungie your gona Nerf blink fine them the shoulder charge should go down to because it follows you up and kills you even if you blink so if blink goes down the shoulder charge goes down also.

2 Risposteshoulder charge requires 4-5 seconds of continuous sprinting to enable, and disables after 5 more. blink is available as long as you haven't blinked since you left the ground

Because blink dodges supers, and if you have shotguns, titan is done...

They are different things. There's no need to nerf everything. Nerfing is for balance, if you nerf everything you just bring the power creep down, with the same problems.
