How will LFG elitests discriminate now?

I wont stop people joining my team, wether they have gally or not it will become apparent very quickly how skilled they are or are not as the case may be. Then its easy: Good player, can hold his/ her own, can contribute to the team equally, is efficient and a team player= that player gets to stay. Bad player, is obviously getting carried, needlessly dies often, doesn't listen to advice, can't contribute worth a damn= that player gets a boot and block on psn. [spoiler]:)[/spoiler]

I think the thing that has already started to take over is "must have mic" which I understand to a point but I think messaging to make a strategy works as well even if it takes longer. And plus you can do group chats by adding more recipients. The other thing I hate is when I join a team and still have my crucible gear on and they kick me right away since I'm not 34 even though I just havnt switched my gear out yet. Maybe the helm of the St. 13 might be the next requirement for skolas now that everyone has a ghally
