Dedicated servers.....only thing needed...

I have to disagree because there are legendaries of every class that can compete with any exotic, people just either don't take time to try them or don't invest the time to roll them with the right perks. As for special weapons, I think the biggest issue is Bungie not letting us play big maps as well as overall lackluster level design. There are just too many cluster-blam!- maps like the Anomoly, the Cauldron and I'm dreading Thieves Den coming into the regular rotation because it might be the worst map in the game. If they want shotguns to stop being a problem for people, stop designing maps that are all branching tight halls and corners and start putting on more strategic sight lines.
