Packing Heat Trophy will not unlock.
I have completely upgrades an exotic weapon and this trophy will not unlock. I have logged out/in, changed characters and reset my console. Please address this issue. This is the last trophy I need for a platinum. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue with the achievement for fully upgrading a legendary item not unlocking.
