If you had the power to, would you make smoking illegal?
I personally would. It smells bad, it's bad for you, it's bad for everyone around you, it ruins the environment. A friend of mine, who has asthma, almost died because of a smoker in my old neighborhood. I don't se the appeal in even starting. (I know that it's addictive because of nicotine but why even start?)

Yes. I have asthma and a lot of my family smokes. Smoking is unhealthy, disgusting, annoying and I think that we should get rid of it.

Yea, he was peddling bootleg cigs for cheaper price because they're like $10 a pack in NY. Hey guys! Let's make more things illegal so there's more laws and more money/effort needed to enforce those laws and prosecute the perps and put more people in jail and stuff! Personally hate smoking, it gross. However, that's me. If others want to that's their problem. Honestly, if someone wants to inject herion in their eye I'm okay with it as long as they don't threaten someone elses rights (life, liberty, property or happiness) no-one should be able to tell them no. As long as they're an adult (which should be at whatever age they are allowed to join that countries armed forces). Just my opinion though.

Yes but only for public places. I know there's signs and stuff but I mean like everywhere where there is going to be other people. If you're at you're house, or a friends house with there permission then yes you can smoke

I don't see why people would choose to ban others from doing something they want to do. How should you feel if alcohol was banned? Or fatty foods? Longevity isn't the only way we judge life. If I could live to 200 by never don't anything bad for me, I wouldn't want to, it would be a dull 200 years.

Nope I personally am not bothered by it. But I would take out all the crap in it. Honestly anyone who's ever sat down next to me who smoked asked if it was ok and if I started to be affected by it they would ask if they need to put it out. Really we just need it illegal to be a dick while smoking.

No But raise taxes on it so much it forces them to cut down on smoking so much it saves like a million years of their lives so they can do so much more in their lives. See I should be dictator of the world, I have the best ideas.

think eventualy it'll be phased out, they already have crazy strict laws in some places like.. smoking in public is illegal, it's just hard to straight up BAN something thats been OK for generations, somewhere had a law where if you were born before (a certain year) its ILLEGAL for you to ever buy smokes, stuff like that
