Did you cheat thorn bounty? Poll
Hey guys I wanted to see how many thorn wielders got theirs legit. And by cheating I mean getting people to let you kill them on exchange for them killing you or carrying them or another favor.lag switching or host stealing is also cheating.please comment why you did or did not below!

I mean it sat around for a while because if I didn't feel like using a void weapon I didn't(then I die I few times and I'd restart). But it wasn't that difficult

I'm terrible at PVP, and I've done it twice now, while running Iron Banner and working to get other gear/weapons. Both times I completed it in a single day. I re-iterate; I am terrible at crucible, and it still was not difficult. [spoiler]Used a Plug.1 Void fusion rifle and Deviant Gravity-A Void machine gun with both characters. First time completed with Voidwalker Warlock. Second time with Defender Titan.[/spoiler]

It took maybe a total of 4 hours to do the entire bounty from start to finish with a break in there for dinner. The PVP section took 7 games. I used my warlock void walker, swordbreaker, word of Crota, and truth. It was pretty easy overall. It does help that my average KD was above 2 with 15+ kills every game for that stretch.

Did it legit with blue Fusion rifle - found help for the Strike with forums. Probably more difficult now with the special ammo nerf, but on the other hand there's Word of Crota.

Got the bounty as a 26, didn't know what lag-switching was, and only had blue weapons, it was a long journey, but well worth it!

I did my thorn bounty at level 26 with a green purple shot gun that took 2 head shots to kill. People who are complaining about thorn bounty can smd. It was my first exotic helll I didn't even have a legendary weapon at that point

I really can't stand anyone asking me to die for them for this bounty. There are a couple of guys in my clan that asked too.

I suck at pvp. I didn't actually cheat like, boost for it or anything. My boyfriend was on my account one day and he did it for me.

Did mine way back before the auto rifle nerf. Used atheons epilogue and got it done in like..6 games

3 games with void walker WOC, void felwinters lie/void efrideets spear, void jolders hammer/ the truth. Barely ever fired WOC tho. The hammer got me 70% of the kills tho.

Conveniently i got a shot package/hammer forged secret handshake an harm's way. Both with void while i used WoC and defender subclass. Took me like 5 games. (Could've been shorter, but i just suck)

I got a 331 Thorn this last iron banner using word of crota, void Felwinters, and a void Jolders hammer on a bladedancer. Talk about a pain...

Did it legit in three hours with Epilouge, Praedyth's Revenge and Truth. Mind you I took breaks here and there.
