I honestly don't mind fighting the same enemies. As long as the setting feels new every time, whether through enemy randomization or some sort of game raid like mechanic, then I will probably enjoy this a lot. It's already a win for me with the new PvP setup in Trails of Osiris AND all the gear/weapons to upgrade and the way they went about doing that. Keeping fingers crossed for custom game types in whatever the next expansion ends up being! That will MAKE the game ultimately repayable for PvP! Trails is already a huge step though for that competitive feel!

This looks really exciting! I can't wait to see what's on the stream! For those who are only looking for disappointment, why? If you're expecting to be disappointed because of _Reasons_, then why still be here? I mean, if you still love playing with you friends, why not be excited for new things to do with you friends? PoE will be something different, and at least the rewards will be different. I mean if one is so completely disappointed by the game and House of Wolves, why stick around? Or is it just "fun" to be a negative Nancy?

Kinda if disappointing to see the same enemies right off the bat, knights, thrall and cabal.. We'll see, but I have a feeling it will be cookie cutter enemies pasted into a new setting horde style.

Interested to see how tomorrow goes ... and everyone get over your whole "no matchmaking = fail" and L2 Internet. Wanna find a group? Bungie forum under recruiting, destinylfg.com, destinylfg.net, and even Reddit has r/fireteams lfg / lfm threads ... it generally takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes to get a group for pretty much ANYTHING in Destiny. Make a post and go do a bounty and you'll generally have a group before you land on the planet. Should they have a built in system for finding a group as well as auto matchmaking (with radio button selectors for class / level / mic / etc)? Of course they should, but that Bungie fail is for a different thread. ;)

1 RispondiMaybe the Prison of elders will really be an enormous area, but every week the paths and objectives change! Like one week you go through a cave and you enter this large area and fight a major. It could be a raid sized map, but the path is different and the enemies change. Maybe we'll have brand new majors and ultras too.

4 RisposteOh good. More shot that doesn't make sense with the lore and lack of story. Just like the crucible that wasn't supposed to be in the game. The story director leaving affected gameplay as much as story it seems.
