Is don't touch me the best hunter Armor?

For the abyss yes, it is pretty good but it is pretty much just an insurance policy if u ever get into trouble

All raid and exotic armour is situational and should all be leveled and used accordingly, if you can. I am constantly switching armour setup for pvp and pve. Lamps dont touch me crota mask of third man. Pvp mask or lucky raspberry or skirmish alpha lupi. Want super faster switch for high intellect. Yes they are good ;)

Purely situational. I find majority of Hunter armor to be PVP focused. Knucklehead, Ahamkara gauntlets, lucky raspberry, third man, symbiot, radiant dance machines.. There's a reason the Hunter is the most used in crucible.. Can suit a pile of fighting styles.

It's the best for lamps. There's no such thing as a best exotic. They all have different applications

They're good if you're speed running missions or the lamps on Crota's end. I don't play hunter but i here thr Symbiote helmet is one of the best exotic armor pieces in the game.

If it suits your playstyle, then yes! I'll stick with the Karma Ham's Spine for PvP and Knucklehead in PvE however. Various exceptions for various other armors given as the two mentioned are never the best for everything. Note: Ahamkara may be the term, but they went ham on Karma and got bit so the name's apropos.

No, symbiote is the best, followed by lucky raspberry then knucklehead radar.

Situational as datto does Destiny would say and me but a useful exotic in every situation is achlyophage symbiote

It's the amazing for the abyss in crotas end aside from that though it's really not that good.

It's to situational to be called best. It's great for the Abyss in Crota's end. Overall, Mask of the Third Man or Symbiote is clearly the best. Both in PvE and Crucible.
