So just this thursday i went out and bought a PS4 and i bought destiny as well, back when Destiny release i bought the Ghost edition for the xbox one, i linked my PS account to my bungie account and i got my emblems and shaders from the bungie codes but i didnt get my frontier ghost shell, or my tumbler sparrow, i wanted to know if there was anyway to get these items, which i have on my xbox account, on my PS4 account as well

I'm not sure about the ghost shell, but I do know that the EV-30 Tumbler sparrow was only available until January 15th. Have you checked with the Special Orders booth for the ghost shell?
