"Drop the last gen" STOP IT.
What the heck is this? Some of next gen players complaining that last gen holds destiny? Yes it might be but some things what you say are stupid. "Its only 30fps" "your the reason it isnt 60fps" Does it matter? 30fps is enjoyable too. "They should drop old-gen" Hey we have spent money too on this game. We have bought the dlc's too and payed for the console and the game. And really some of us dont have money to buy next gen. Some of us arent at work at this moment. The money doesnt come to our hand just like that. So just even try to enjoy Destiny. Its a great game.[spoiler]Im a last gen player ;)[/spoiler] Edit:Some people understood this wrong. Im just saying this that they would not drop old gen from destiny. Im totally okay that destiny 2 is gonna be current gen only. And stop these stupid comments saying "shoot yourself" and everything xD

That was the most unorganized argument l have read in a while... You offered no solid evidence as to why last fen consoles shouldn't be dropped, other than saying you bought the game too. Your game would still be playable, just not the future ones you [u]havent[/u] bought.

Just upgrade then. There are tons of cool games coming out that are going to be amazing because they were design for new gen and only come out on new gen. if you can afford a ps3 and a xbox 360 within their first year, dont know why you cant with the new ones.

2 RisposteOkay maybe I was a bit harsh, you guys should be supported until Comet. Comet is a $60 expansion. The cost of a whole new game, so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to upgrade by the fall of this year...

I think most people like myself believe that if you have made an investment in a next gen console you should feel the benefit of it and not be hampered by old gen problems such as vault space. We are not saying get rid of the old gen game we are just saying let us use the power the machine has. If we are holding back for old tech then what is the point in upgrading?

Face it, gaming companies are going to stop supporting last gen very soon, so save your money and upgrade, stick with old gen and run out of games, upgrade to next gen and keep playing new games that are coming out.

It would only benefit Destiny to stop supporting old consoles. At the same time though, a shit ton of people never upgraded, and they would get the shaft.

They are not going to DROP something that's already in place. Doing so would do nothing to this game as it's a finished product. Short sighted people who do not understand development cannot under this. Also, they are not giving up those $$$ as there are still a lot of people with that system.

I would rather games have a higher fps than 1080p. It's shocking that we can't have both this gen, but as of now, games are struggling to run 1080p and 60fps on the current gen consoles. This game should continue to support last gen. They bought the game, too, and it should be supported. I hope the next Destiny is current gen only.
