I don't see how the Thorn hasn't Been nerfed in Crucible yet
Honestly it's an Abseloute joke, The Thorn 2 shots, Hell it even 2 shots when you're across the entire map!!!! They say that the Thorn has terrible range, LOL the lies are just hilarious. The DoT on mark of the devourer is just INSANE! People were complaining it was underperforming, and it was, don't get me wrong, but now it's the most overpowered primary weapon in the damn Crucible! I don't care if this sounds like QQ, I want to start having fun in the crucible again and not getting Destroyed by the thorn. Go ahead and say I suck aswell and that I can't counter the Thorn (there is no apparent counter other than heavy ammo but that drops only 2 times a match). I'm actually good at crucible, go ahead and look at my stats. Any response to this poll saying I'm a QQer or terrible at Crucible will be laughed at. To those who are also suffering due to the Thorn, don't be afraid to post a poll of your own about it, the more who post, the more likely Bungie will see it.

Take on the Thorn with MIDA Multitool. It helps. A few good shots will make them miss their second shot... first if you get in fast enough.

I only have a problem with Thorn users on skirmish. Other than that, I can usually best them. I will add that if you have two people facing other and they're similarly skilled, the one with the Thorn will win most of the time.

Just get your own dude... Thorn is a gun no one should ever complain about.. It's op as -blam!- but it's easy to get.. It has a bounty where you're assured to get it.. You turn in bounties for a few days, pick out " A light in the Dark" when you get the bounties, and the hard part of getting thorn is over... From then on its literally just follow the bountied laid out for you. Not hard at all...

Yes, guns like the Thorn,Vex and TLW don't take much skill to be able to drop a few kills, but they're exotic weapons, they're SUPPOSED to be the best guns in the game. Thorn and TLW have no use in PVE. It still takes skill to be very good with these weapons, it just makes the best players even better... Just like it takes no skill to sprint in with a shotgun or charge a fusion rifle, people would riot if they were nerfed. Threads like these always come downto bad players getting butt hurt because they've been slapped by a player using the same gun and can't take it. Stop crying and go play strikes. \Thread

I don't really have a problem beating out thorn, and that's with different exotic primaries. I use a thorn, but not nearly as much as my Hawkmoon. I find I get bested and best people with TLW, Vex, Suros, Thorn, and even Red Death. But that's just my opinion and everyone is different I guess. And yes I'm aware I'm only a slightly decent PVPER player.

10 RisposteQuit whining and get one. Thorn is a beast, its also harder to shoot a hand cannon with 9 shots precisely compared to spraying an auto rifle and expecting to kill someone. Go practice your aim and get better. You new players are too -blam!-ing bitchy and opinionated. P.S. - The Last Word beats anybody 1v1, look into it.

Play to the gun you use. If someone is out sniping you with a thorn then give up the sniper and try to take him closer. I pretty much use just VoC and do well at crucible if the map is smaller I may use vex. Tinker with other guns as well. My stats are decent looking, I play on this account and let my friends play on it for pvp as well, but I'd say thorn isn't that bad. I find Voc vs thorn, I'll win more times than not because I'll face them mid-long range.

I don't have a problem with Thorn and I don't have Thorn. I do see a problem with shotguns and fusion rifles.

even if they nerf Thorn, there will be some other op weapon around, that's how this game is, and that's how it will always be. Destiny PvP sucks in that sense. If you want a balanced PvP game you should play something else.
