10 RispostePve = Repetitive time consuming chores Pvp = Genuine excitement and fun
-
Pvp is just a bonus mode
-
PVP is a broken wreck and PVE is so damn repetitive. So neither.
-
-
PVP. I'd like to play PVE less than what I do. I hate raids and shitty people not knowing what they are doing and wasting my time.
-
Eh, I love Raids the most, so I'd say PvE, but I have a distaste for the story and strikes. I would say PvP, but it is repetitive in the sense that almost every map is cramped and forces the same gamestyle.

Modificato da SedatedSquirrel: 2/9/2015 8:01:58 PMAs the game is, PVE is my goto. I did have a blast playing some PVP while leveling up my 3rd character, as it felt like i was making some type of progress (xp being earned) But once you hit 20+ that part of its gone and it just feels like your playing a custom match with nothing but a very small percentage of a chance to get a decent random drop of some sort.
-
3 RispostePvp but I believe that it's not appealing enough to most at the moment. I can see the reasons, too. Way too many one-shot kills. It's causing matches to be too chaotic.
-
I like both, but they really, desperatley, need to balance a ton of shit in the crucible. I die more from OP one shot mechanics than in a gun fight. It should be the other way around. When someone casts a nova bomb in my direction, and im pretty far away from where it landed and i still die? Thats messed up. Heres a list of balance changes i think are necessary: 1) supers are usable only once per match. Make them count. 2) heavy ammo drops twice per match, with less ammo in the drop. The entire team also shouldn't be able to fill their heavies. 1 or 2 people only. They should ways spawn as far away from both teams as possible, so both sides have a chance to get it. 3) during a super, no one should get harder to kill while under the effect of super. Ive emptied clips into people, who would normally die, just because they had their super on. That just makes already OP supers more OP. 4)seperate pve and cricilbe levels. The higher level you get in pvp, the more guns you unlock. This way, everyone has access to all guns, and one particular OP gun doesn't reign supreme until xur happpens to sell it.

2 RisposteModificato da K1LRR: 2/9/2015 8:03:23 PMPvP. Because teabagging AI isn't as satisfying as teabagging a fellow guardian.
-
I like pve so much because pvp sucks so much.
-
I prefer pve....you know because thats what this game was supposed to be about. If I wanna play pvp ill play cod because I get multiplayer and zombies
-
6 RispostePvp would be more enjoyable if it weren't unbalanced as -blam!-
-
use to be pvp untill its became nothing but a -blam!-ing lag fest. So now I enjoy pve beside all of the glitches and once I'm done with the pve side I hop on the crucible.

2 RisposteIm an old MMO vet myself, and while there was a helluva learning curve, I got a lot better at Crucible during the 2nd IB event (or as I called it "Trial by Fire" ). I don't like the Raids here TBH. In traditional MMO's you have matchmaking and 90% of the ppl that qeue up aren't mouth breathers in terms of knowing what to do....their attitudes are a different story. And this is because of backlash, if someones a "loot ninja", AFK'er or just a complete idiot their names are posted on forums and ppl are made aware to avoid this player. Destiny is completely different. I tried 2 VoG PUG's and had to go on medication due to the anger/stress/depression it caused me. Theres really no punishment for derp'ers and theres no matchmaking for raids...it's really a catch-22. Randoms in a raid is almost undoable but it's tough to get a group without relying on randoms. So I stick with the Crucible, control is very traditional MMO gameplay, complete with jacktards trying to take the stables.....I mean 3rd control point when you already have 2 points. I don't mind doing strikes either. In both of these it's possible to turn the game in your favor by your own will & skill...the raid not so much, I don't like relying on randoms.

6 RisposteModificato da Speck311: 2/9/2015 4:07:09 PMPvp in this game is for babies who want instant gratification and no learning curve. Unfortunate because I love the pve. The pvp just feels like a lame paper rock scissors game based on luck/situation. Examples.. Titan noob charge Monkey ground pound Huntard swordzers Noobie bomb Shotguns / Fusion rifles Heavy noobie crutch ammo (rockets that can't miss that release cluster bombs that can't miss) Funny thing is any gun that requires actual target tracking or "moving while shooting" that works decent against this crap gets nerfed. Not a dam thing I mentioned above has changed in all this time. Kinda losing interest. Expansion better be good. It's the last thing I already paid for. This expansion was a joke for the price
-
PvE. However PvP is a nice change of pace once and awhile.
-
Guys please take my poll as well, its an extension of this https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/99983182
-
Surprise surprise it's PvE!
why did I see that one coming?
-
Serious question?
-
Y am I not surprised
-
-
pvp feels to repetetive and imbalanced + lag switches etc. i just dont have fun in crucible so i dont play it.
-
4 RisposteI'd play more pvp if it offered some variety. Every game mode is basically tdm.
-
1 RispondiPvP is very fun but the PvE aspect of this game definitely overshadows it
-
I prefer pve BUT I really love PVP.
