Ive been in hard raid teams with 30's and 31's.. One time with a 30 and a 31 and we did not have any problems beating it. Having 32's definately makes it easier, but you do not have to have them to beat HM Crota. I mean.. Maybe YOU do, but I do not think most people do.

If you cant carry a 31 in hard then you sir suck. I carried a 31 and a 30 through the whole raid.

I got to the deathsinger as a 31 with 4 31's and 2 32's. It's not a problem. Yes, I'm a 32. Yes, I have Icebreaker and Gjallarhorn. Maybe that's why, but whatever. It's still possible.
