Ascendant materials as a reward in nightfall is an epic fail. At minimum if you are going to put upgrade items rewards make them radiant materials, as of right now there I a only one place to attain them. In the base game ascendant materials were able to be obtained through numerous activities but radiant shards are only in raid or trading 1 for one through Eris. Perhaps if we could trade 5 ascendant mats for one radiant or even 10 for 1 this would be fair. But I digress there should never be ascendant materials for nightfall that is all.
