How many exotics have you got from RNG?
I've put in close to 150 hours and have never come across an exotic from RNG...
Edit 1: Also, how many exotic bounties have you got??
Edit 2: So after looking at a few dozen profiles, it seems that things are VERY random! Some people have played maybe only about 200 hours and have 6-12 exotic loots, others have played nearly 500 hours and only have a few...
Edit 3: After reading these posts, I see now it's not highly improbable that I have no exotic loots to show after 150 hrs---unfortunate but permitted on the RNG system.

6 RisposteI've got all from RNG except icebreaker, gjallarhorn, suros, 4th horseman, plan c and truth. Now of those listed I don't have the ghorn, suros and 4th horseman.

2 RisposteI got the Suros Regime as a Crucible drop. I felt awful for a few minutes since that was one of my worst performances but I got over it real quick when I started using it.

6 RisposteI've never gotten a usable Exotic other than by buying it. I bought two weapons, 1 helmet (engram, got lucky) and 1 gauntlet. I've purchased several (6+) exotic engrams that decoded to other classes. I've gotten one legendary engram that decoded to an exotic, but it was a piece of armor for another class, and therefore useless to me. Now, I've not done the raids, I don't know enough people that have the time and are on the same system that I am (PSN). I've completed two exotic bounties, and dismissed the others. I've gotten them at least a dozen times, likely more. But I don't PvP so they are also useless to me. I am limited by the fact that I don't like PvP (and no, it's not "because I suck at it" - I've never played it enough to suck - I just don't like it - get over it) and I don't have a group to raid with (my own fault), but I've had my share of disappointments with the RNG. At times it's way too random, and at other times it seems nowhere near random enough. How is there a bounty on Sword of Crota three days running? Why do I keep getting the same ships over and over and over and over again? Bungie, I know it's supposed to be random, but for pity's sake take some control of it so duplicates don't get set up back to back.

RNG gives you an exotic bounty, RNG determines what Xur sells, RNG dictates what drops from a raid, RNG dictates what a legendary engram decrypts into, RNG determines what rewards we get from an activity. However, if we're asking how many exotics we've gotten outside of Xur and exotic bounties, then I've gotten 3 universal remotes (because THATS random), and a Thunderlord. The rest came either via Xur or exotic bounties.

I've gotten 15 exotics (2 repeats) 5 from bounties, 4 from xur, 3 from nightfall, 1 from an engram, 1 from a crucible drop, and 1 from a roc strike.

Not sure how many hours I've put in but I've managed to get SUROS Regime, The Last Word, Plan C, Thunderlord, and Patience And Time from RNG
