BUNGIE SHOULD BAN PEOPLE WHO HAVE 3 CHARACTERS THAT ARE THE SAME CLASS!
Okay, now that I have your attention I'm aware banning people that have 3 characters of the same classe will not be a viable option. But Bungie should make it so they can only get loot from ONE class.
For example, let's say you have 2 Hunters and 1 Titan. You will only be able to get loot from ONE of those Hunters and of course, your Titan.
Another example is if you have 3 Warlocks.
You will only get loot from ONE of those Warlocks.
[b]This includes bounties, raids, nightfalls ect...[/b]
This will force people to make 3 different characters.
Having 3 of the same characters give people a huge advantage over the people who actually play the game the way it was intended to be played. Therefore Bungie should patch this exploit.

People with three of the same class may not like the others. You are not being considerate of how others may feel. Why would you weaken people who enjoy their class? That's not right.

Who are you to decide how the game should be played? You're just another whiney little kid who needs to worry about your game play and no one else's. If I could make 5 characters they would all be the same. I have 3 warlocks. Levels 32, 31.5 and 31.5 hate on that shit bitch.

7 RisposteExactly what advantage does having multiples of the same class give people? You're essentially advocating that Bungie should do more to dictate how people play the game. We already have light levels, mat grinding, and special currency markets. Bungie shouldn't be concerned with people "playing the game the way it was intended."

Response: No. Reason: Bungie built the ability to play three of the same character into the game. People have the right to play the game as they see fit.

Who bit you? Destiny was about being who you want to be. Who is stopping you from having three of the same character? This is all on the RNG. If people could get the gear they needed in the first place and not have to grind. Then maybe we would resolve to having one of each type....

Video games are supposed to be fun. The way games were "intended" to be played is solely up to the player. Take away player freedom and there's no point in playing. Bungie has already taken away player freedoms by gating progress by the week. Bungie's practice with Destiny should be frowned upon and shouldn't be encouraged for fear that it might become a trend in other games. Destiny should have been so much more, there is not nearly enough content to even consider what you're proposing. I don't play the game anymore, but always hope it will improve in the future. Posts like yours will only make the game worse, and it's funny that I think Bungie would actually consider something as moronic as this. But does it matter how Bungie intended the game to be played? Maybe what they intended isn't fun or compelling. What they made is something monotonous, something they're using to test the waters. Destiny isn't a full game, it's an experiment to see how easily they can make money off of you. It's quite apparent that there's going to be micro-transactions in the future, and then you'll be complaining about people paying to win.

You have the choices of making 3 different characters or 3 of the same character or 2 of one character and 1 of the other two classes. This is basically having multiple saves on a game with different checkpoint except you can move gear in Destiny from one "save" to another. This should not be "fixed" as it is not a cheese in a way of ruining the game. It is simply having multiple characters to get your gear and weaponry faster. What about the people who have three different characters? Well not a single person forced them to create three different characters. It was clearly their choices. Edit: I got trolled.

Why do you care? And nothing ever needs to be nerfed EVER. The game is all but ruined over all the nerf herders. Pve players pay the price for this garbage. You get all the good weapons nerfed and you still get owned in pvp.
