42 RisposteNot complaining but really of everything, they chose something that pretty much benefits people who got the game for christmas. If you're hardcore player you have everything you need from the raid. If you're someone who has had the game since release you'll have already gotten what you needed and don't need something that you could have simply bought with your 200 Vanguard marks. See this was supposed to be "A token of Gratitude for those whom have stuck with us." More or less this is a simple slap in the face to many long-term players. Should've been a cosmetic so that way everyones happy to keep it rather than it be something that most will dismantle, save for christmas noobs. Shows you Bungie tends to favor a lesser mature audience rather than those who keep their game alive.

For everyone that's complaining about those bitching that the reward sucks. Unless you need it, which most ppl didn't, then they gave you 2 energies. They blew this present deal up at first then said oh we are waiting 2 weeks. Then said it would be a small legendary token or whatever. By now I don't even want anything. They could have gave us a ghost skin or something like the jackolyte that we could actually use and is new. All of you saying that them fixing small things and doing this or that makes them awesome and those who bitch are just whining aren't looking at the big picture. If they want to keep anyone on this game it's their -blam!-ing job to fix the game and do different things. Giving out a shit legendary weapon is nothing special at all.

There's a simple way to look at it, they didn't have to give out a bean. They made a token effort - Never look a gift horse in the moth and all that - and this may even be someone's 1st legendary so grats to them guys on getting a trophy too. I got Time On Target, probs going to replace 'The Conduit' I have which is my only other legend Primary. Cheers Bungie!!! Now fix RNGesus for me where every drop is a brand new Exotic or Legendary that my inventory has never seen before!!! :P

So, later today I got a 77 Wizard. About the same value. Yeah, energy time but I got to thinking. Why all the hubbub for a single engram we can get anytime? I mean really, the engram was no big deal, but I think the delivery system just got a test. I see more drops in the future. Maybe better, maybe items other than engrams. Who knows? Maybe we can look forward to more. Not sweating it, just thinking.

The only guns I use are a scout rifle and the fusion rifle
