While it is very easy to visually appreciate either, I find FAR more interest and excitement in nearly any part of a woman's body when I know her and am aware that she is pleased with and derives pleasure from her own body. Sure, visual aesthetics are great, we're visually oriented beings. We see something, we react. But (at least for me) that is a pretty basic and not nearly as important a reaction and enjoyment as knowing that someone I care for is appreciative of my attention to and gets pleasure from any part of their body. When it gets to that level, the nape of the neck, the inside of a wrist, the back of the knee, running fingers through their hair, etc.. If that is what gives them pleasure more than their breasts, ass or some other visually appealing part of them? Then that is where my interest, attention, appreciation and focus goes.
