What is the most overpowered thing you've ever encountered in a videogame?
My first thought goes to the scarab gun in halo 2's Metropolis level.
It was a pain to get and you could only use it for the last 10 or so enemies in the mission but man was it FUN!
[spoiler]I know there is a scarab skull in the anniversary but I'm sure it's the exact same.[/spoiler]

[b]Edit[/b]: admitedly late, Obligatory 2500 reply edit. Turns out there are a lot of overpowered things in videogames that we all love...or love to hate.

1 RispondiModificato da Master Chief: 12/12/2014 12:05:29 PMThe Formula Gran Turismo on GT3 and GT4. It's literally the hardest car in the game to unlock. I don't remember how you got it in GT3 but in GT4 you had to beat a race that took 8 hours in real time. It's so worth it, though.

3 RisposteDo you do the rocket jump or use the Banshee method? Scarab gun is lethal. But Halo CE Magnum is the most lethal overall. Not in comparison to the Scarab gun but generally speaking.

And Armor lock before you could shoot it down. Jetpack in general as well (especially if you could claw). Oh, and because everyone seems to forget, the winner goes to akimbo Model 1887s in December of MW2s release.

The Sword of Aeons in the first Fable was OP as hell now that I think about it. It could one hit most things and two hit the rest. But it was an end game weapon after beating the final fight so it didn't really do much for the players who didn't go massacre villagers and then buy every property in the game.
