Either make it work, or get rid of it. When my friend and I joined this game, we didn't even play. We just fed the enemy kills to make the match end faster so we could get rep. There was no point in trying. Please understand when someone quits, it's for a reason. Doesn't matter if you penalize them, they will quit anyway because they don't want to put up with it. I would not play this match even if it meant resetting my rep to level one or put me on probation.
