Archon Priest "cheese" spot gone
You can no longer walk under the platform during the fight with the Archon priest (just tried it myself to be sure).

1 RispondiHere's what you do, if you have black hammer. Just shot him in the head and he'll be stunned for a moment. You can literally just stand there and keep kitting head shots till he goes down. Just gotta have some of your buddies take out the adds and keep you covered.

There is a new way to get under there. Just goes to show, one patch just leads to a new cheese.

1 RispondiIn my experience the priest never goes behind the rocks in the far left only real threat there is cloaked enemies. It is easy to get 10 hand cannon head shots on him before you have to dodge his rockets. You still have to run around a bit but its better than cowering somewhere with that stupid sounding ice breaker

5 RisposteMany players still died at what all the whiny nerf herders claim to be a "cheese spot." Archon would stomp if you got too close to the side bars. Not too mention all the vandal sniper shots and the fact that the priest's projectiles still made it through.

I've always hated going under the platform. I never DPs archon priest enough and sometimes he moves out of your line of fire, its annoying. In addition, its cramped in there.

Actually just go up on the platform, jump off the edge and back into the map under the platform. Haven't tried it in awhile but it used to work I know...

It's still possible if you jump in from the back of the platform.

I cannot understand why people need to cheese aksor the douchebag priest... He is ffuucking easy to beat... Instead of hiding just run and jump around him... Its the cardio of the guardian which is used... Not yours ;)

1 RispondiStay near the entrance, you can jump up away from danger. When shooting him he will stand to your right around the rock, just keep heads hitting him (wait for him to come out from the flinch) and he won't shoot you. Just watch out for adds. go one at a time
