I'm never going to be a able to play the crucible unless they start doing some serious nerfs with the shot guns and auto rifles. There should never be a time in a multiplayer first person shooter where people can just run around with instant kill nonsense like that. It's also not fun because the game separates us too much by level I don't always want to play against people my level or higher sometimes I want to just get in a game with a bunch of noobs so I can do an exotic bounty easier or show off my stuff that I worked days to get but no every game it's level 30s in full raid gear with high int and ridiculous shot guns and now the last word is the next big thing since xur was selling it this week which just so happens to be the only gun I actually liked because I thought it would even the odds a bit especially because it was so rare to get but now that everyone has it I can't even use it online. So that's my rant go on and hate or agree either way I just had to get that out there that the crucible is absolute trash because of a community that treats it like cod.

1 RispondiI simply don't understand why one would play Destiny for PvP and having that said I think the Crucible (or Iron Banner) is not the place for you. Also desiring for certain nerfs - admittedly to keep up - and calling others noobs does not fit in one post IMO. So yes, get better or be silent (coming from a PvE player).
-
Troll I swear lol
-
What everyone is trying to say is don't make threads like these. Giving the power to Bungie to nerf something never ends well for all. What you could've done was keep your post at a constructive level and left it at keeping you with players with the same skill/level gap. I think I understand your point towards the fact they should implement a feature where it actually considers players gear, kd n such things to matchmake FTs. As for now the game just finds 12 random players (small FTs included), makes one host for the lobby and there's a game.

3 Risposte"HAHA! The crucible is no place for mercy!"
-
Get good
-
I had fun the first months, now i stopped playing it completely. The only way i will ever go back is if they add 12v12+ maps/playlist and that isn't happening because Bungie is all about dat parity and i don't think last gen will be able to handle more than the outdated 6v6

Modificato da K0TA TV: 11/17/2014 4:34:31 PM"There should never be a time in a multiplayer first person shooter where people can just run around with instant kill nonsense like that." You mean supers right? O wait "the last word is the next big thing since xur was selling it this week which just so happens to be the only gun I actually liked because I thought it would even the odds a bit especially because it was so rare to get but now that everyone has it I can't even use it online" One of 2 things 1. You're not using it because you don't feel special anymore. In which case you're the reason you're not using it 2. You keep getting killed by it, which case you're crap at using it
-
2 RisposteYeah yeah more nerf posts, these make me sick!
-
2 RisposteIt's better than COD AW While I see your point almost every game is dominated by Auto rifles and then some other weapon like a sniper or shotgun. Here is a tip I learned a long time ago. If the game you are playing has a weapon that everyone is clearly killing you with because it's stronger. Use that gun.
-
Great opinion. Not all feel that way. I love the crucible. I bought COD:AW and keep finding my way back to it even though I still prefer the PvE game. Several of my friends have also went back to the Crucible after buying COD.
-
1 RispondiToo bad they already nerfed BOTH of the weapons you asked to be nerfed... artard.
-
You've barely played crucible. I can see you've only got a few matches under your belt on your characters. Play more, practice more and you'll learn to deal with the stuff that's killing you. Myself and many others have learned to overcome the challenges you face in pvp. TLDR Git Gud
-
4 RisposteI hated the crucible when I first got this game, as I got my ass handed to me each and every time. I quickly realized, however, that I had to change tactics to beat certain people with certain guns. To expect to beat a shotgun user at very close range is folly. Don't cry for nerfs or say the game is unfair. Change your strategy! Evolve! You want to be able to play with noobs so your bounties can be easier? Bit hypocritical, eh? Essentially, you want to be able to overpower others, but clearly don't like being overpowered by others. I am not great at the crucible, but slowly my k/d is getting better (I was in the .5's!) by adapting to the players in the game.
-
True that !
-
Same thing with me the first two weeks of destiny I noticed that I sucked so I focused on character builds like my hunter runs scout sniper and heavy gun it allows me to play more tactful while increasing my accuracy and pvp play aiding in my octal challenge to be better and gives me something to do since the endgame is kinda nonexistent
-
1 RispondiShot guns shouldn't be troubling you. You should be using one yourself for close range battles. Fusion rifles were pissing me off today especially pocket infinity. I equipped my light/beware that I forgot about with the fastest charge time and decent damage and started dominating those people. Bottom line. Change your tactics and guns if you keep losing. Soon enough, you'll meet those fusion rifle users and wish they had shotguns instead.
-
1 RispondiLol @ raidgear
-
2 RisposteReally? you complain about shotguns and autorifles which kill within their specific ranges? But dont even mention the fusion rifle which OHKs in AR ranges?
-
1 RispondiIf you complain about Crucible, you are just trash you expect things to be easy and You want to win all the time. News flash. ..GET GOOD KID. people who hate crucible lose their games constantly and just suck. If you want to win... get good and evolve your weak play style.
-
6 RisposteAuto rifles have been nerfed twice now. I swear, some people are never going to be satisfied.
-
2 RisposteThe lack of comma's and full stops had me out of breath
-
You just suck
-
4 RisposteCuz you suck at crucible lol
-
Not to criticise, mainly because I am an average skilled player, but based on the number of kills you have made and not your Kdr you have not played the maps enough to have learned the best routes and strategies to apply. For example just focus on control and you will become familiar with the map and track what kills you and from where. If it is shotguns on a specific location then look around to see if there any sight lines to that location so you can hit from long(er) range or just find an alternative route. Finally always check your radar, move to locations that limit the direction the enemy can come from, watch for shadows and listen to the sound as that can give people's locations away.
-
1 RispondiStopped reading half way thru first sentence. NO MORE NERFS. Lets us have confidence that these are the tools and dynamics so we can learn how to best use them and which weapons to aim for. The best crucible kd is from someone using scout rifles and snipers
-
Crucible can definitely be a pain sometimes but I still think it's fun. My advice to you is to relax and just play for fun, there's no need to take it too seriously. As far as shotguns go you need to watch for them and play smarter. If you're dying all the time by them it means you are walking into death traps and CQ areas.
