I don't worship rngesus so my first exotic was from xur. Crest of alpha lupi.
Edit 1 - Looks like everyone's had a good mixture. Though you guys with bad juju need to start a therapy group.

1st ever/ armor: Helm of inmost light from some kind of drop I forget now, possibly crucible. 1st weapon: Either the invective bounty or The Last Word I bought from Xur, The Dissapointer. Best: probably the purple heavy weapon engram I got from a loss in Iron Banner 2.0 (the one prior to this most recent one) brought it to the cryptool and it turned into: GJALLARHORN.
