False. The all time modifier this week is Lightswitch. Arc burn and Juggler are only active on the Nightfall.

You're also going to need some Solar weapons for the Shanks, as well as Void for the Minotaurs while opening the gates, Prioritize Arc, Void, Solar, IMO. The shanks were easy enough with just my solar grenades as a hunter, but those Dregs.. Ugh, stay far away,
