I'm not saying you can macro everything, im talking about the D-pad. Some people would put ammo synthesisers on them, or use them to cycle through weapons or subclasses. It's to remove the need to go to menu

That option would still be there, just some people (myself included) find the emotes pointless and want to change them out to something more… useable(?) :)
