Spartans v Guardians
This is purely hypothetical and off-topic but I want to know what the community thinks. If a squad/team of 3 Spartans (Halo Franchise) went toe-to-toe with a fireteam of 3 Guardians who would rise victorious?

But if it comes to it, guardians can't die unless you drain them of light (which Spartans cannot do), wait until the ghost runs out of light itself, which could take centuries, or destroy the ghost; which the Spartans wouldn't know about in the first place. Put that on top of the fact that we technically can't die when killed, can live through unfathomable torment and torture, and have capabilities that allow us to bend reality, disegrate enemies with arc energy, or sear off their skin (through their armor) and it's a clear win. Don't get me wrong I love chief. Bit he has one life, we have billions Also eriana-3 or ulan-tan can make quick work of any residual spartan, whilst osiris can lead his cult into war, and toland in his new "taken king form" can send a gargantuan nova bomb that could wipe out all of unsc and chief at the front[/spoiler]

2 RisposteI have to go with Chief sans fireteam. Last I checked, when the darkness encroached his mote of dust in space, he kicked its arse back... basically single handed. Humanity made it much further into space on their own(-ish, with some forerunner meddling but that was degression) in the Halo universe. No one ever mentions this but does anyone remember when the Librarian hooks him up with an evolutionary boost in H4. I would be curious to see Chief literally evolve into to something more, but this opens a whole new tangent from the question: What powers would Chief evolve to possess?

5 RisposteJohn, Frederic, and Linda or Kelly. That team combination is unstoppable. Hell we never got to see Samuel's potential, he was the largest of the Spartans and quickest to heal from the genetic procedure. Put him head to head with a Titan, it would be like bull vs bull except Sam stood at 7'6 and I doubt any Titan besides Shaxx is taller than 6'6. The Spartans where bred through teamwork by Chief Mendez's hands. The only thing known to man that can take on a Spartan is the Space Marines. [spoiler]Space Marines are OP as fack.[/spoiler]

Hunter blade dancer--- Spartan outruns it Hunter golden gun---- Spartan outruns it(I can already do it in destiny as a Titan by breaking lines of site)

Let's have these guys for the guardians... ----------------------------------------- [b]A pre-nerf bladedancer[/b] [b]A Sun Bro[/b] [b]A golden gun[/b] ------------------------------------------ Now, we did not include [u]exotic[/u] weapons and gear. Imagine a fight with spartans and pre-nerf guns like [b]Suros Regime[/b], [b]Thorn[/b], and [b]Last word[/b]. But we can stick to the present and try to see what would work. How about [b]fusion rifles[/b]? Maybe some heavy too. And some weapons the Spartans have we have too(sort of)! Like [b]Sleeper Simulant[/b] for [b]Spartan Lasers[/b], and the [b]Telesto[/b] as [b]Needler[/b]. And some are not listed here, but we know they act the same in a way. If you are saying, "But Master Chief can beat their butts with some others!" and [b]Armor Lock[/b], the Guardians Are way more customizable, three types of them, are not limited to 1 or 2 grenades and abilities, [i]and[/i] they have fast and deadly moves called [b]Supers[/b], the things what we talked about earlier. ----------------------------------------- So tell me what you know about the Spartans and what the Guardians flaw.... I want to know.
