Destiny is going to be disappointing. It has all this hype but in the end it's gonna be terrible. It's gonna have bad controls, gameplay and story just like Fallout, Skyrim and Halo Reach before it.

You are a disappointment.

Wait wait so your saying this game is going to be terrible because other games that didnt really have much to do with this one was ( in your opinion) terrible lmao saying something is gonna fail without giving any justification or explaining why is kind of a fail way to express your opinion you posted this absolutly no reason whatsoever

Skyrim never really had the hype everyone knew that idea was gonna be terrible lol

21 Risposte
I think destiny has a lot of hype but it's gonna end up being a terrible game like Skyrim, Fallout and Halo reach. All these games had hype and everyone thought they were gonna be great but when they come out they have terrible controls and story. Cod is more reliable despite some faults.
Did you even play Fallout 3? That game + all the DLC made one of the best experiences I've ever had.. Reach only had one fault, the DMR. Granted it was one of the biggest -blam!- ups ever, but it was a great game outside of that. Nobody is forcing you to buy the damn game..

If you want the same recycled game then go ahead and play cod maybe the campers wont get you too mad

3 RisposteWhy post crap like this, if its gonna be a disappointment let them see that for themselves i personally think it will be an amazing game
-
3 RisposteI can see where you're coming from but its kind of disrespectful to say this directly to Bungie after they have been working so hard. And we still have half a year to go. Whether it lives up to hype doesn't matter to me. It will be a fantastic game, and it may have flaws. But every game does so calling it a disappointment is a bit harsh.

4 RisposteWhy must you post things here you know will make people mad? Are you really that hungry to feel empowered? Yes, you have a right to opinion. You have the right to voice it. But is it really right to do it for the sake of stressing people out? You just made yet another thread talking about how we need to grow up, when in fact, you've been the most childish one in the forums. Provoking others in to bad behavior is much more childish than reacting to it. Yes, I can mute you. Yes, I can ignore you. But when I know you are much more intelligent than you take upon yourself to act on these forums, I have hope that you can make an actual contribution to the Destiny forum instead of rustling jimmies.

4 RisposteIt's fair game to doubt. More doubt that is voiced makes bungie aware of concerns. May push development back at times but feedback and criticism are the prime reasons of success in any creative facet. Question. ....did you pre order destiny?

1 RispondiYou've gone incoherent.

Hmmm....awkward.

Skyrim and Halo Reach are my two most favorite games from the two franchises. I have not played Fallout, but I have seen it and I think it would be a decent game. Cod is the most frustrating game in my collection, seeing as it's nearly impossible to master and is more for skilled purposes than for recreational purposes. Don't get me wrong, I like a good Cod match every now and then, but it is way too annoying and I think the control scheme might have used some more work. On the other hand, Destiny seems to have all of the elements I've wanted in a game: open world, badass guns, multiple classes of enemies within multiple races of enemies, crazy super-powers, jump features, teleportation, space-travel, speederbikes- the list just goes on and on. Cod simply has standard-issue army weapons and no decent vehicles. The zombie mode has gotten marginally better throughout the games and in Ghosts the weapons do have a bit more variety, but you have to survive a long time for killstreaks- which is nearly impossible for the one-shot-kill from nearly every weapon. In conclusion, I believe that you were simply fooled by the buildup for each of the mentioned games, but that's simply what media is: exaggeration of pretty much every scrap of information.

4 RisposteI could be with you then you brought up games to compare destiny's future to. Did you really use skyrim and fallout(both of which are great) when we have duke nukem and aliens as the prime examples. This is what screams troll.

4 RisposteCouldn't agree more op and I think the new gta is far and away the worst offender of this. 250 million dollars and five years of Dev and this is the best you could do? Only one rehashed city copy and pasted from San Andreas assets, wow and the radio stations, don't get me started on those, and the hugely touted online what a pathetic excuse that was. The whole experience of the new game just felt like a chore, and ones I've done four times already. Games aren't worth their price tags I'd rather pick it up used for ten bucks in six months than pay sixty and be over it in two days feeling mostly regret about it south park game is a good example of that. By the end of it I barely even cared enough to finish it and def not worth playing twice. Rather would have sixty bucks. Destiny has serious potential to get away from this as its a new IP and endeavor. Its sequels will not and will fill in to the previous context. I'd rather see the game exist in this sole form and just continually added to over time than see it whored out over the next decade in decreasingly interesting/ watered down, noob'd up experiences like it will be.

All these games had hype and everyone thought they were gonna be great but when they come out they have terrible controls and story. Halo Reach is by far the best Halo ever, and btw COD have just stayed the same pretty much every game that's come out, Cod is trash compared to the 3 you mentioned and I think destiny will be a fantastic game also... Well as long as EA and 343 don't get involved. :)
